I was delighted with the complete experience. It was easy to select and order the books. They arrived promptly with numerous messages informing me of the progress. The completed books are a joy and I am sure will be treasured by my grandchildren. Please do an adventure story with Africa's wild animals.

Beautiful and special book
The book was delivered on time - it is a beautiful book, and we are happy with it. Our children were ecstatic about such a special book for their son.
However - there were parts of the outer cover that were coming apart on the inside - we had to use tape to make sure it did not life up entirely - and we didn't have time to send it back - because it was heading to London. That was a little disappointing considering the cost of the book.

Exceptional product and engagement
Engaging with Characterful has been a brilliant and efficient experience. The quality of the book I ordered was exceptional. I did not expect my delivery to be made in time for Christmas because I placed my order a bit late. Even so, Characterful delivered in every sense of the word and in time for Christmas!
