Unresponsive customer service
I have posted several questions asking for clarifying information on a couple of charangos I was interested in buying. Never got a reply even after more than one reminders I sent. Tried to contact them by phone and it was not possible to get someone to answer the phone. I obviously desisted on buying anything from Charangomall.
