As I am an older person my computer skills are close to useless so trying to order through the website is problematic for me. In that case I find ordering by phone much easier. The staff I have dealt with have always been very pleasant and knowledgeable and willing to help. Chards prices are very competitive and if you want a specific product they will notify you when it is in stock. I am very satisfied with all aspects of Chards that I have used. I can say if you are thinking of purchasing precious metals or coins get in touch with Chards and talk to them, you will only get helpful advice. My last order was easy and arrived promptly along with some complimentary sweeties which pleased my wife very much.
