A First Coin Sale
Never sold coins before, so was apprehensive! Made an in-store appointment after a very helpful phone call. The appointment and coin sale went as smooth as silk. Everything was visible and above board. Proceeds landed in my bank account in 2 business days as promised. Have since used Chards for another disposal (postal) - again a very smooth process. Extremely pleased with professionalism of staff, especially Sarah who assisted in-store. Would HIGHLY recommend using Chards.

They were easy to deal with and…
They were easy to deal with and friendly. However,I would have preferred to be in a more private setting as a person walked in off the street to sell a ring. We had to go through a fair amount of security to get access and an appointment. I felt insecure at that point.
