He Goes to Their Depot /Yard on Canvey Island as his old school face to face -The Big Plus for Me was I’d seen the Quality and With Work Could not Get There so made Great use of the Easy to Use Website .The BiG Plus i Orderd Everything I needed in the One Place .The Staff put me at Ease as you get instant Receipt for peace of mind by Email —and You Can always Contact when there Depot Open and Speak to Someone if Required —Iv Used them 2/3 Times Now for Close Boarding Fencing —Gate —Gravel Boards —post Mix Nice 6ft side Gate . Concrete Posts -Hinges etc etc.
You get an email for Delivery Day and Time and can Contact to arrange if not Convenient . Another Plus You can Pay Safely Thru Their Website with Payment Options —ie my Prefered is PayPal 👍. And Lastly The Delivery Man Is Polite and Does his Best for You .

Just had fencing done this week . So happy with it , all done in one day . Even came back next day to check everything was complete and took photos . Small front garden with 3ft high fence and gravel boards and a gate , all fixtures and fittings Inc

So easy! Went online to order the fence panel I needed, paid with my card & it was delivered at 8am the next day by 2 lovely lads.

Have purchased several times from Charfleets Fencing - the Fence panels are of a great quality at a very good price. The delivery charge is small which is fabulous and beneficial to me. Ordered several panels incorrectly the first time, emailed to correct the order and received a call back within minutes from Katy who could not have been more helpful, even arranged for a couple of panels to be made to custom sizes for me.
Delivery was very quick and the drivers carried everything to where I wanted it.

First time that I've used charfleets and was over the moon with the service. Kept up to date with the times and dates of the delivery & all staff from those answering the phone to the driver who helped me load the fence panels were extremely polite and helpful. Hi I purchased 2 Christmas trees this year, one for my balcony outside as normal and one for Indoors this year, both look fantastic, am really pleased with them, I have used Charfleet fencing for a few years now, always lovely and helpful, delivery prompt and the trees still look pretty good in the New Year when its time to take them down, really low shedding, very happy customer

Really helpful service and very efficient

From start to finish the company we’re very professional. They were prompt and arrived exactly when they said . And even gave me a call on the morning to say the exact time they would come and give me an estimate.
The office staff sent the estimate out promptly so we weren’t waiting for ever to receive it . And they were able to come within a few days to put a new fence up for us that had been blown down and damaged in the recent winds .
We have got estimates for fencing for other parts of our garden which we will begetting them to do for us ,
I have no hesitation in recommending Charfleets Fencing .

Absolutely terrific customer service, product quality and pricing. Staff are very knowledgeable, offered good advice, the fences and posts were really good quality and delivery was on time. Will definitely use more in the future.

Had a couple of panels broken in the storm. I went to their yard, where they showed me the replacement panels. All of the staff were very helpful, cheerful and polite. They delivered and fitted the new panels and removed the old ones in two days. Great service. Would recommend their services.

I was extremely happy with my bespoke fence panels and gate and all round price. They came exactly as specified, were delivered very quickly and were very well made. Their staff are always helpful, so much so they allowed me to include additions/adjustments to my original spec.
