I had a great experience with ChargeAutomation support. Their team responded quickly, identified the issue immediately, and resolved it efficiently without unnecessary back-and-forth. The platform itself is very powerful for automating guest communication, check-in processes, and operational workflows, which saves a huge amount of time once set up correctly.

What stood out most was how knowledgeable and patient the support agent was while troubleshooting a property sync issue. They didn’t just give generic answers — they actually investigated and fixed the root cause.

Highly recommended for hosts or property managers who want reliable automation and responsive support.

Absolutely phenomenal support from Charge Automation! The team goes above and beyond to track down issues, keep us informed every step of the way, and make what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Not professional

Unfortunately, my experience with ChargeAutomation has been consistently frustrating.

Every single month I have to manually chase invoices. There is no reliable or automated invoicing process, and I often need to book appointments or send repeated reminders just to receive a basic invoice. This is unacceptable for a company operating in the payments and billing space.

As a business owner, I am legally required to submit VAT by the 20th of each month. ChargeAutomation is the only provider I work with where delayed invoices repeatedly put me at risk of late VAT filing. This month, the invoice was still missing even after the deadline.

The lack of process reliability, automation, and accountability creates unnecessary stress and wasted time. Instead of focusing on my business, I am forced to chase documents that should be generated automatically.

I strongly recommend improving invoicing automation and compliance processes. Until then, I cannot recommend this service.

Scam

ps: Their reply to my review is a piece of trash. As even on their site, the booking has been cancelled (by the owner of the property). But for some reason, the funds paid have not been returned

For some reason, I've trusted those reviews here and booked a property on their site

It seems a scam. Money was transferred. No reactions to my questions. The phone number is not accessible even in Romania itself. Instructions to access the property have not been sent. It simply says something like "all the requirements must be passed to access that data"

What does it mean? It's completely unclear. Passport / selfie / signature has been sent. And money was transferred like I said

To clarify, ChargeAutomation is a guest check-in platform used by tens of thousands of property managers worldwide to securely collect guest details, deposits, and verification documents. We do not manage or operate any properties directly, nor do we handle bookings ourselves.

It appears your concerns are related to the property manager or host you booked with. We strongly recommend reaching out to them directly for instructions or assistance with your reservation.

That said, we’re happy to help facilitate contact. If you’re having difficulty getting a response from the host, please email our support team at support@chargeautomation.com with your booking reference and the property name. We can then reach out to the property manager on your behalf.
