Charlie provides me with a great sense…

Charlie provides me with a great sense of security. The only thing keeping me from giving Charlie a five is I don’t like people setting limits on how much money I can have of my own money.

I have not encountered any real issues…

I have not encountered any real issues with the account. My only complaint is I emailed support two times with a question and never received a response. Poor customer service.

My standard Social Security amount is $1607.00

My standard Social Security amount is
$1607. This month’s deposit was only
$1365.95. I have a document provided
by Supervisor Gary Corkin showing that this was the amount I was paid on October 3, 2025.
Additionally, I have a document from the
Social Security Administration verifying
that $1607 was paid to me on the following Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
You have owed me an additional $241.05
since October 3, 2025.
Anyone with an ounce of sense would realize that SSI checks never have an amount of 0.95 cents included.
What you have done is committed a
Federal Felony with Federal Funds, and
Charlie Financial and Sutton Bank are about to be fined by the US government
for an amount far greater than $241.05.
What do you propose to do about this
unacceptable BANKING ERROR?

Check out Charlie Financial

I’ve had to reach out to Charlie for help in the past on various topics! The helpdesk people were always courteous and helpful with their expediting process of fixing issues I’ve had.
I’ve switched from my original banking to Charlie because I’m on SSI and it helps me tremendously that I receive my SSI check days earlier then I had with other banks!
So yes I highly recommend Charlie Financial!

It’s good app but I can’t seem to find a place who will allow me to put cash in so it makes it a little inconvenient for me. ATM’s aren’t too bad
When I was emailed some places they couldn’t take the card too reload but all in all good app

Every time I go to get my money out at the beginning of the month I have to call in and they have to do something to help me to get the money out of the machine I am going to cancel you guys if it happens in November I will be done with your card

I've tried other cards but I find…

I've tried other cards but I find charlie is the best card for me the o ly issue I have is need more security there's apps that I dont even know and the taking money with out my permission if you can fix that problem that would make the app a lot safer for customers thank you
