I will NEVER purchase anything with Charming Charlie’s again. I want to give them a zero rating but fortunately for them they give themselves the 1 star. After all the stress just to receive the order I paid for, the product received was cheaply made and absolutely did not look like the picture. The disrespect to the customer is clear. The website makes you feel like they are happy to fulfill your order & it’s ready to be shipped after you’ve paid. When actually they knowingly fail to tell you the truth that purchase will not even leave the warehouse 2-3 weeks. While you wonder and attempt to inquire as to why your package has not arrived. It’s almost unheard of to operate a business this way. It took 3 weeks to receive 1 item which I needed for an event and had to find a replacement because the dress never came. No communication, impossible to speak to anyone, they don’t want you to reach them so they literally make it impossible, There is no customer service although the website makes you believe you can contact them if there is a problem at any time. They provide several phone numbers which are not working numbers. Ultimately your only alternative is to email them. I received a response to my email after 3 days only to inform me through a form letter response that my order had not even left the facility. No ethical obligation to communicate or care about their customer. Absolute WORST buying experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered a dress for my vacation. I received it after 2 weeks, but I wasn't in a hurry. I received tracking information via email. The dress is true to size and matches the description. My good mood wasn't spoiled.
Not happy
I just received my order and its nothing like the picture the dress is really short and online its way below the needs. The color isn't true. What a ripoff, no wonder why nobody can get in touch with charming charlie. They like to rip people off, no contact number at all.
Charming Charlie's Website is a SCAM
I used to occasionally shop at Charming Charlie when they were in the mall. I was doubtful of their website and after looking online several times I placed an order but should have listened to my gut instinct. The clothes arrived after almost 30 days, the clothes are not true to size and to return something is a LOT OF WORK! Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority or CC would not make it so much work to return something. I have decided to live and learn and post on their social media to alert the public about my experience. One of the shirts I wore for the first time last week and the snaps immediately came off of the cuffs of the pullover. Very disappointing, tailoring is not cheap and even though I know the basics of sewing, I cannot put snaps on a sleeve cuff. The clothes have absolutely no tags, size tags, CC tags, care tags, nothing...I am convinced this is a scam and I advise people not to shop on their website.

I wish I had looked up reviews for this retailer before I bought from them. Received a dress with inaccurate description on the website. Shipping of the order was extremely slow. Contacted customer service multiple times. Then when I tried to return the dress due to inaccurate description (never said there were pockets on the dress which gives the dress a widened puffy look especially unflattering for a mini dress) they were only going to allow store credit as if I would ever get anything else from them. Buyer beware.

I'd give a 0 if I could. May 29th I ordered 5 rings from Charming Charlie, of which 3 shipped and were received early June. As of July 16th, the other 2 (most expensive BTW) still have not shipped. No customer service phone number is in service, and they DO NOT reply to the emails. Fun fact - I have PAID $100 for two things NOT EVER SHIPPED and they IGNORE emails. Possibly because they are going to go belly up (AGAIN).....WORST SERVICE IS NO SERVICE - now I have to go contest the charges and deal with all that nonsense. THANK YOU NOT-SO-CHARMING CHARLIE.
Not worth the Hassle
If I could give 0 stars, that's what I would give. First of all, the customer service, or lack thereof, is the worst I've ever experienced in all my 55 years of shopping. The phone number listed is out of order. It indicates a help button on the website but that is nonexistent. The email process is slow and painful but is the only way of communicating your issue, it is awful. It takes several days to get a SCRIPTED response such as we will look into it and get back. They don't get back in a timely manner, which then forces you to repeat the same process again and again. My main issue with my order is that I was sent 2 out of 3 items and there has been vague information given for the reason and the resolution. I am days/a week into this process of trying to get a definite answer. It's unfortunate because I love the clothing but not worth the hassle!

My order was placed on June 10th. They quoted 5 - 8 business days to get the order shipped. It has now been 13 business days and for the past week they keep saying my order is waiting for courier pick up. I have asked 3 times for them to cancel my order and refund my money since the items failed to arrive in time for my vacation. I keep getting a very generic scripted email response and was told they can't cancel my order (even though it still sitting in their warehouse) and can't refund my money...I'll have to wait until they decide to ship it and then go through the return process. Very poor customer service and a ridiculous cancel/return policy when they can't meet their quoted timeline for shipping products. First time Charming Charlie shopper and it will absolutely be the last. Don't spend your money here. You will be out money and product and getting any resolution is next to impossible.

Buyer beware ! Terrible Costumer service.... I ordered 4 items May 9th have yet to hear from them on anything, I've contacted this company several times with no return communication. I'm moving at the end of May & also tried to let them know this , again no communication , then asked them to cancel my order that has not went thru yet via web-site still no answer. So FRUSTRATING! Save your Money !!!!

I will never order from Charming Charlie again!! This is why I have trust issues with ordering items from online! I ordered a bag from their site on March 23rd. I received my order in a timely manner and as pictured. However, my issue is that my bag strap broke on May 12th. When I contacted CC, they requested pictures of the damage and communicated they would send me return instructions once they received my photos. Well funny enough after I sent the photos Arisse had the nerve to tell me since the damage occurred outside of the return window, there was nothing they could do!! What scammers, fraudsters, and skeemers!! There is absolutely nothing charming about them! How convenient that my bag broke right after the 30 days!! They should make the return policy more clear to customers prior to allowing an order to be placed. And why did Arisse have me waste my time sending her photos when she knew she wasn't going to actually help me. They play in people's faces, but never again will they get a dime from me!!

Scam company
I placed an order on 1/31/2025, but as of today, 2/19/2025, I have still not received shipment/tracking info.(website says delivery in 5 - 8 business days). Charming Charlie is not responding to emails. I wish I would have read all of the horrible reviews about this company before ordering.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. It has been 3 1/2 weeks and my order has not been shipped yet. I reached out to them and a get a generic email stating says orders will be shipped out 5-7 business days. I’m fine with that…it has been 14 business days and it has not been shipped yet. I contacted them to cancel but they said that they can not because it has been processed, even though it has not been shipped yet. Horrible customer service!
Do not buy from Charming Charlie
Do not buy from Charming Charlie. I purchased some valentine's day items. Two weeks later they have not shipped and customer service said i can not cancel.
Last year the same thing happened but after a long wait on shipping, the order finally got cancelled.
Never again will i purchase from this company.
Musty smell...
After reading the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised that my order showed up in a timely manner. However, all of my items smell like they've been stored in a damp warehouse. Everything smells extremely musty. The first time I washed them, the smell remained. They are currently drying in the sun. Fingers crossed that the musty smell goes away.

I placed an order on Jan. 20th. 9 days later it is still showing preparing for shipment. I have called every single number I could find and all lines have been disconnected. I have emailed 6 times requesting an update. No response at all. If I could give this company negative stars I would.

Pink sweater I purchased was a defect and because it was a Christmas gift it was past 30 days I couldn’t return it or exchange. Don’t buy anything from them because they will also charge you to return.

No response from customer service regarding where my order was. The tracking service they use is useless.The telephone number provided doesn't work. Order was eventually sent, but just one of two items delivered. No response to when the 2nd item it would be delivered.
