Ordered a pair of boots 15th November 2023.
Still not arrived (March 2024) Can't speak to anyone. They don't reply to emails.
£105 down the drain. Shocking company who should be investigated for stealing peoples money!!

If you are reading this please stay well clear of this company
They will lie to you every step of the way and still waiting for a refund 9 weeks later

Same as all the previous bad reviews!!! 4 weeks and no boots. The woman guaranteed delivery the week after I spoke to her!! Lied through her teeth obviously!! One star is too much.

After reading through other reviews (which I wish I had read earlier) there seems to be a common theme here!!

1) I ordered the timberland boots on 24/11 and was
told they would arrive in 4/5 days
2) Chased on 09/12
3) Received a response on 11/12 stating that they
would be delivered within a week!
4) Chased on the 19/12 - No response
5) Chased again on the 28/12 - No response.

It's a shame that I am having to write this to try and get a response and ultimately my boots.

I wonder how much of customers money they hold at any one time gaining interest!

Their issues are not my fault.
Why should they hold my money for 4 weeks.??
I placed an order on 27th Nov 2023 for a pair of work boots.
I am still waiting for the boots over 4 weeks later.
Customer service is open for 3 maybe 4 hours per day, and good luck getting someone to answer.
Regardless of their ordering system troubles, that is not my issue.
They should have put a temporary hold on their ordering system.
Very disappointing experience.

ordered timberland safety boots 08/12/2023.still no conformation on delivery.meant to be 4-5 working days.tried phoning cut off after 29 seconds everytime.emailed sent enquiry no reply.wished i had read reviews.now going to paypal to try and resolve issue.buyer beware.
after writing review received phone call later same day.lady on phone explained few issues between certain dates and explained that they were trying to get through as many orders as they could.explained my situation.true to her word received boots 23/12/2023.many thanks.

I placed an order for some timberland work boots on the 16th November, choosing delivery which was 4-5 days, it’s now the 20th dec and I’ve had no goods despite taking my money over a month ago, I’ve emailed 3 time with no response and tried the number on the website most days and it just rings out, then cuts you off! I’m at a lost with what to do as it’s definitely a scam. Warning to others Do not order from the company!

Like other people here, I ordered a pair of Timberland boots expecting a delivery within 5 days but after 2 weeks heard nothing. I tried calling them to no avail as they wouldn’t pick up. I put a dispute in with PayPal and fortunately soon after got told it would be delivered next week and it did after 4 days with 24 hour Royal Mail tracking! (In the end, it was 2.5 weeks from when I purchased the order).

I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and give them 3 stars as I hope that I would have still got the boots even if I didn’t go through PayPal dispute. It’s a shame as the prices are quite good so if they can sort out their communication and logistics, they could do very well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No safety boots and £115 out of pocket.

Customer service is a joke, they can't be bothered to deal with you. have a faulty pair of boots took ages to reply eventually said yes these are problem boots, choose another pair, I emailed them 3 weeks ago and still no reply despite chasing twice.

Paid for 4-5 day shipping and it’s been almost 2 weeks. No confirmation of postage via email, as promised. These reviews are disheartening, how many Christmases are these guys ruining? Will be reporting them, too!

Ordered work boots with next day delivery at £10 extra . Took five days , to be fair I got through to customer service and they rang me back later that day .Warehouse mix up. The boots were £30 cheaper than anywhere else . Would use again.

placed an order over 2 weeks ago payment went out immediately from our bank but still no sign of my boots which were over £100. Tried ringing numerous times no answer no reply to our emails this is surely a scam!!! dont buy from here be warned!

I placed an order for some Timberland boots for one of my customers and chased delivery at the end of November tried to call them for a status update couldn't get anyone to even pick up the phone let alone update me on the boots. I have since left several emails again requesting an update and have not received any communication back. They have taken the money though. I would never trust this outfit. My advice would be never use them and have instructed my colleagues to never purchase from them.

Don’t not buy from this company
They don’t send you your item when you call you get the same lady who just lies saying your get item at end of week now going through PayPal for refund

Without doubt the worst service I’ve received from any company ever. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this company.. wish I had read the reviews before I was ripped off. Order boots on the 23rd of Oct and been lied to every week by customer services since. Still no boots or refund. Absolute disgraceful con merchants
Someone needs to report them to trading standards

Ordered some safety boots, paid, said 4-5 working days, that was over a month ago. Thieving scamming w@nkers! Don't know how these people are allowed to get away with it taking money off hard working people! Do not use!!!!
