Absolutely brilliant company!!
My experience with FlixBus was absolutely wonderful, I used this for a 3 hour transfer from Milan to St. Moritz in Switzerland for 20 people. The price was very good, email communication was great beforehand, even including a free upgrade to a bigger coach to accommodate our luggage. Our driver was very friendly and helpful, he was understanding when our flight was delayed, and it was a safe journey. Everything was timely, professional and clean. I would absolutely recommend this company and I will be unlikely to use any other again! Excellent service!

Wronged a school group
Worst company. They have terrible customer service and get back to within days after when you need to communicate. They screwed up our reservation and the bus driver came a day early in Salzburg for our group and our travel plans were for the day after. They didn't book another bus for the day after, but instead stole our money (didn't refund us one Euro). We not only lost out on seeing the beautiful city of Hallstatt, but we lost out on money. Do not book this company for charter for any groups in Europe. There are better companies to go with.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our services in your most recent trip with us.
We provided your group with a bus and driver for the date you reserved the bus for. This date was re-confirmed through many emails. Unfortunately, you mistakenly booked the bus for the wrong date. We are sorry this was the case. Our employees tried to find another bus for your group for the next day, however, due to peak-season and short-notice, we were not able to re-organize a new bus for this entire trip.
Concerning the charges, our policy clearly states that cancellation on the day of the trip results in a 100% cancellation fee. We did offer for you to still use the bus on the reservation date, however you chose to cancel this bus and send the driver home. Because the driver and bus were reserved specifically for your group on this date and showed up for your trip accordingly, the cancellation fee applies. We do apologize for any inconvenience with this.
Once again, we thank you for your feedback, as it helps us achieve and maintain the highest quality standards for future trips.

Excellent service from booking to drop off. On time, helpful, professional and comfortable coach.
Would not hesitate to use again. We booked three different trips over three different days and locations and all the same high standard. Guest were impressed, 32 people happy!
