We wanted something "different" for our summer vacation and we got it with Charter Smarter! From the initial conversation to the end of our trip - we could not have asked for a better experience. Aboard Sommer the crew was attentive and fun. Brandon and Jessica are now considered extended family! We left with a full heart and great memories.

Amazing charter experience! We enjoyed a week aboard Endless Sommer and had a fantastic time. Our trip was beautiful and relaxing, and we were able to enjoy gorgeous scenery and snorkeling all around St. John and St. Thomas. There were 4 of us - 2 adults, 2 children (ages 8 and 6), and the team had every detail covered. We all loved being out on the water and every day was a new, exciting location and beautiful sunset. Our crew immediately made us feel cared for and it was like we were traveling with friends (if you happen to be lucky enough to be friends with an amazing captain and chef). This was one of the best vacations we've ever taken as a family. We were all sad for the trip to end; two of us actually cried. Captain Brandon and Chef Jessica took excellent care of us, and we cannot wait to travel with them again!

We chartered No Inheritance for 10 people to sail the BVIs for my 40th Birthday! We had an unforgettable experience, with memories that will last a lifetime! It was great working with everyone at Charter Smarter, especially Jill and Kristi, in helping make this an unforgettable experience for my 40th Birthday! Kristi and Jill made it such a seamless experience I can’t wait to book again!

Our Chef/First Mate Madison and Captain Eric were amazing to work with! Their communication leading up to, during and after was above and beyond❤️

Chef Madison’s meals were the best we’ve ever had and the group still can’t stop talking about it! She was always making sure everyone had what they needed and was there to answer any of my questions prior to the trip and on our way to boat! She made sure everything was seamless. She decorated and made special desserts for a 40th birthday, two 50th birthdays and a recent engagement ❤️ She made sure everyone felt special!

Captain Eric is the type of Captain anyone would be lucky to sail with! He had an amazing itinerary that hit all the spots, the boat was immaculate and made sure everyone always had what they needed. His wealth of knowledge made for an unforgettable trip!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lauren Heath, our Yacht Charter Specialist at Charter Smarter, to book an incredible boat for a week-long New Year's celebration in 2025. From my initial interaction with Charter Smarter on Instagram, I was impressed by their responsiveness and personable approach.

Lauren took the lead in understanding our needs and preferences, expertly guiding us through the process of narrowing down our options. Her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach made her an absolute joy to work with. She was incredibly responsive, answering most questions within minutes, which helped alleviate any concerns we may have had.

What truly stood out was Lauren's patience and respect when we needed time to make a decision. She provided us with all the necessary information to ensure our comfort and confidence in booking the trip, particularly when it came to accommodating my elderly parents' needs. The Charter Smarter website is remarkably easy to use and has everything you would want/need to know. Kristi M has been invaluable in responding to questions and offering suggestions. And she is seemingly always available. We are all very much looking forward to our BVI trip.

Charter Smarter made the booking process simple and seamless. They were highly responsive to our many questions. Just booked a Charter Smarter catamaran in the British Virgin Islands with Lauren who was very responsive and extremely helpful. The process was easy and smooth and she even provided land resort, water taxi, and trip insurance recommendations for our trip. Will follow up in November after we get back. Can't wait!

My family just completed a 7 day sail through the Exumas on the Wonderway booked through Charter Smarter. What an incredible trip of a lifetime! The entire process was seamless from start to finish. We booked a 7 night Exumas sail through Charter Smarter and it was perfect! The booking process was simple and they were able to answer any questions we had. We felt supported every step of the way. As far as the charter - we were blown away! Pete and Allie were so so great. Amazing food and perfect beach days and snorkeling spots. Truly a bucket list trip and my family is so grateful for these awesome memories!!!

Once we arrived, Captain Tim and Chef Zara took things to a whole new level. Tim was professional, fun, and knew all the best hidden spots around the islands. His calm, capable presence made us feel safe and relaxed the entire time. Zara's cooking was absolutely incredible—every meal was a highlight, and she effortlessly catered to everyone’s tastes. We’re still dreaming about her dishes!

The EvenStar itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to fully unplug and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean.

Julle and Anna were fantastic!!! Service was wayyyy beyond what we expected. The food/drink was delicious and plentiful. We felt safe and cared for throughout the week. They were very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this charter service and crew!
