This is the 2nd time booking our Florida split stay 1 week Disney & 1 week Universal holiday with Aidan at Charter travel & its been amazing! Aidan is great at communicating & everything has gone smoothly. They were the cheapest around. Will look forward to booking with Aidan/charter travel for our next trip!

Second time I have used Charter Travel and again it has been a seamless experience. Each time they helped me tailor my trips to what I was looking for using their extensive knowledge of hotels etc

From the 1st contact to booking I cannot fault them. Highly recommended if you are looking for either a holiday or business trip sorting.

I’ve booked several Florida holidays with Andy at Charter Travel over the years and never had a problem. I just tell him what I want, how many people, dates etc and he does it all for me. Perfect!! Just booked another holiday for 2026 and as usual he’s done all the legwork. I would heartily recommend.

Went to Charter Travel to arrange my two centre trip to the US including a Disneyworld visit. They managed to get a price cheaper than what I could arrange myself, and also provided excellent after sales care with a couple of queries I had with flights. Recommended.

Second time of booking with Linda at Charter. Brilliant as always. Hotels were great - fab rooms and great locations!
If you think you don't need a travel agent because you can 'do it all on the internet' Linda and Charter may well make you think again!!!

Big shout out to Linda!!! My holiday in Hawaii was a once in a lifetime trip with my mother and daughter! Linda was amazing to work with as we planned the travel to 3 islands. She is so knowledgeable and shared so much helpful information that was invaluable during our trip. She was so patient with me and it wasn't a problem at all to add my daughter at the last minute. I just can't say enough good things about the overall experience. I didn't have to worry about anything as Linda had it all taken care of! Definitely recommend Charter Travel!

Leah at charter travel has been amazing, answered my endless questions quickly and found us a great package doing a split stay at Disney boardwalk and a villa with car hire! The process has been brilliant and I would absolutely recommend charter travel to friends and family!

This is the 4th time we've booked with Peter, he managed to arrange a truly magical three week Disney and universal holiday and was accommodating in building in all the things we wanted to do. We will certainly be using Peter and Charter travel again for our next adventure

I'm only reviewing the booking experience here as the holiday hasn't happened yet, but I must say Richard has been prompt, responsive, thorough and helpful at every stage. I've read through the 1* reviews (don't we all?) - many of them complain about not getting reminders about the final balance and not knowing they couldn't use a credit card to pay it; all of that is clearly laid out in the information provided before the booking is made and the deposit paid so I haven't found that a problem. All in all, we have a tailor-made holiday with amendments to our original plan, some from our side, some helpfully suggested by Richard, at a very good price.

Claire at Charter Travel in Newbury has been really helpful with not only organising long haul flights for us to New Zealand but recently recommending and putting together a special holiday to Mauritius to include private transfers. Everything was so seamless and the holiday was perfect and met all of our expectations.

Have booked with Charter Travel many times via Peter. He is always so helpful, friendly and efficient as are the rest of the staff. We wouldn’t use anyone else, we trust Peter and Charter, never let us down. Always recommend them when talking about travelling and hope to continue to do so. Many thanks for making things easy.

We have been using Charter for many years, from taking groups of athletes to compete at an event in Florida, for a number of years to our Family Holidays. I have worked with Richard for most of those years and he is always prepared to go the extra mile for us. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I worked with Peter at Charter Travel to build a Disney Orlando holiday (as I couldn't get the hotel I wanted for the full 2 weeks directly). While he couldn't get the dates either (due to an event at the hotel), they did find an amazing alternative at the Gran Destino Tower and Animal Kingdom Lodge for an amazing price. The quotation process was flawless and we when through several hotel combinations over email over a couple of days and emails were always replied to quickly. It was nice to talk to Peter too when we finalised everything and booked it. All the paperwork came through quickly for the hotels and ticket information when I requested it. I later decided to book transfers too, which they sorted quickly and again at an excellent price. I have now been on the holiday and everything was as expected - all seamless - except I didn't get the rooms I requested, instead getting upgraded in both hotels! While this may not have been Charter influencing it, it certainly added to a magical holiday. I have now booked next summer with Charter too (which will be our 3rd Florida holiday booked with them).

Andy at Charter was so helpful and informative when booking a trip to New York for my husband's birthday. He was quick to give me different options and sent links to all the hotels for me to choose from. The whole process was easy from start to finish.

I was struggling to find a company that offered an Orlando Holiday with 7 nights at a Disney & 7 nights at Universal. I came across Charter Travel via a Google search & within 24 hours of me contacting them, I had the package I wanted booked at a reasonable price with very helpful service from Richard.

Linda was so helpful and enthusiastic about our trip from my first enquiry 🥰 she answered all my questions and gave me lots of information, choices and recommendations. We worked together on creating an itinerary that fulfilled my every wish for a trip I’d been dreaming of doing for years.
The rest of the team were great too, seamlessly picking up our plans when Linda was away. There was a last minute issue with one of the hotels and Dawn solved it within 24hrs and we ended up loving the new hotel more than the original choice we had made.

Highlights from Linda’s recommendations were:

- Cabriolet tour Oahu (the prawn truck was AMAZING!!😋
- The Royal Hawaiian Hotel (THE most comfortable bed & pillow I’ve ever had in a hotel! And the hotel exceeded our expectations in vibe, location, beach and amenities)

The Service received as always 5*, i have booked holidays several times with Charter Travel and never had any issues, I have dealt with Richard on a few occasions now and the service was excellent and knowledgeable, really helped with what we needed and nothing was to much trouble.
I would definitely use again and recommend their team to help.

Just come back from Florida and Charter Travel done us proud. Floridays resort was perfect for our group and set in the middle of all the parks locations. Charter Travel told us before we left about all the costs we would incur and found no hidden cost. They delivered a lifetime experience holiday. Thank you .

Leah at Charter has been so incredibly helpful!
I have booked multiple holidays through Charter, both for Disney and other locations and the service provided has always been excellent.
However, Leah has gone above and beyond for our current booking. Due to reasons beyond our control, we needed to make a change to our booking. Leah set out all of the options clearly to us and was super helpful in supporting us in an already stressful situation. Brilliant as always!
