I ordered a jewelry armoire on 9/8/15. Received an immediate confirmation of the order. Haven't heard a word since, despite 2 unanswered emails I sent asking for the order status. Website is pretty weak, also, as there is no way to track orders.

Great quality and fast shipping however I am not satisfied with not receiving a tracking number via email. I had to call to find out tracking information. Overall I would definitely use this website again because of the great quality .

Gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I was unable to get on the website and had to call to place my order. Don't know if it was something with the website or my provider. I also felt the shipping was costly. Other than that I was happy with my experience. The person on the phone was very pleasant and I had my product 1 day after date expected, which was good.

I purchased a wood floor model jewelry cabinet, just got in yesterday. I was so excited, because it was more than I expected! the craftsmanship was excellent. would recommend this company to anyone! Will continue to shop in the future. Thanks for a great product.

This jewelry box is beautiful, but there was the smallest white mark on the top. Returning it for a new one would be more trouble than I want to deal with, so I am keeping it. It is still beautiful.

I'm still waiting for someone to contact me on how to return an item that I don't want.

I was shopping for a jewelry box for my Wife and Chasing Treasure by far had the best selection out of the sites that I viewed. The clear and easy to understand menus, along with the options available at purchase are also a vey nice touch. I will definitely be doing business with them again!

For an order placed and confirmed on July 18, I received an email confirmation of the order immediately...on July 24, I called (got voicemail so I left a message) and sent an email requesting the status of my order. As of July 27 I have still not heard anything from the company.
As I said above, ZERO service.

Beautiful furniture and quick delivery

I ordered a jewelry box. It was delivered within a few days, wrapped for protection.
It was exactly what had been pictured. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually looked better than I had hoped for.

I just unpacked a jewelry box. The legs are made of synthetic material and the finish does not match the box, the mirror fell right out, the glue never held. The lid would not stay open, I hade to make repairs. All the draws are hard to open and close. Over all I think I would have been better to buy it at Wal-Mart and save $300. Poorly made, I would not recommend.

I had a great experience using Chasing Treasure! My purchase was made around Father's Day and I had selected 3 day shipping (gift was not for Father's Day) the company personally called me to explain it wouldn't be arriving in time for Father's Day if that was my hope. How nice!!
