The Father’s Day book turned out great for my husband! I struggled a bit using the website from my phone, and of course when I was almost done with the book, I thought about looking for the app. The app would have made it a lot easier I think!

Did not get what I thought would be a photo book. Each page has a black strip along the side looks awful. Also, all photos were zoomed in making the photo look like it is popping out of the page. While zoomed in photos cut off people or something. I went back to my phone to see photo that was taken by us and was not the same in the book due to whatever process you all do.
You were recommended to us from a friend and for the money we spent, I thought more than what we got for a photo book. Just very disappointed!

I had trouble creating a book when using .HEIC files. They uploaded out of order and were cropped funny (not the original picture), and the thumbnails took a long time to load. I had to start over using .JPEG files and had no trouble at all. I initially reached out for help using chat, but I had to leave the queue. A person did check-in, but when I responded a Bot offered help (but was no help at all). Overall, I'm happy with Chatbooks. The glitches with format and help are why I couldn't give 5 stars.

Made a book of photos from my kid’s kindergarten year & he loved it. Pretty easy to compile. My only wish is that there were a few text templates for the cover vs having to use a photo or create/upload one.

What an opportunity to capture moments, memories in my life to share.

Very good quality paper, pictures came out great; will definitely keep using. Also, this makes a great gift for a new mom who has everything!

Gorgeous photobook!

I have used chatbooks a couple of times now to create custom comic books with my art, and they have always turned out great. However, I do wish I could control the size and position of the image a bit more as they often print slightly larger than the page (even when I attempt to shrink them down) leading to information cut off along the edges.

I have used Chatbooks for years to compile yearly photo books of my kids. I am never disappointed.

Initially I had difficulty coming to terms with how to use the template properly. My questions were answered promptly and there was often someone at hand to help.
I am awaiting my first print with excitement.

I like the simple choices available. There’s no fuss or muss. You can organize photos quickly & easily! 👍
I just had trouble editing a few photos & couldn’t get the changes to stick. As well, the date change couldn’t be saved on some pages…..
Everything else is simple & straightforward.

I couldn't crop pictures from the website version of Chatbooks, so I reached out to customer support. The chat response rate was painfully slow, but eventually the advice I got was that the app would have the best options. So I downloaded and installed the app on my phone and found that most of the photos wouldn't even load, therefore not being croppable. I had struggled with the platform long enough that my deadline arrived so I went ahead and ordered. Not sure whether I'll like the final product.
