Cancellation problems - they still charge me a monthly fee
I accidentally subscribed to the service because it outwardly suggested an association with ChatGPT.
It was technically not possible to cancel the subscription immediately via the app. For this reason, I sent a message requesting that the subscription be cancelled without delay. This request was not complied with, and payments continued to be charged.
I have now contacted the email address, which is the email address provided in PayPal, and requested a refund. I am awaiting their response and hope that the amount will be refunded without the need to involve PayPal Buyer Protection.

i bought the an ai playbook from them or 10 dollars. the content is very superficial, 21 one pages of some headlines, and meaningless headlines and emotes. not worth $1. it feels like it was made with a really bad llm.

I was planning to have a subscription with ChatGPT by OpenAI but I somehow ended up on their website due to search engine results. Their website has been purposely design to look like that by OpenAI. I didn't realize it was it was the wrong website and I paid for a whole year of subscription.
When I come to term, I checked the refund policy in EU after having the subscription for a few days without using it much, I reached out to them and asked for a refund. They replied and asked me to provide billings. I shared everything. They ghost me since then. I am seeking legal help now as a customer.

On the 2/1/2026 looking for Gemini subscription offers i stumbled upon this ''enterprise''. Seeing the offer being 51.15 euro for a whole year i immediately subscribed thinking it was a deal considering its Gemini . When i entered the platform i noticed at the top, that the URL was wrong and i realized it was not the google Gemini AI i had thought i subscribed for.
Minutes later i petitioned a request, since as per their refund policy and the fact that i was within 3 days since the date of purchase as well as zero activity had been recorded in my accounts log, i was in fact entitled to a refund.
Four days later on the 6/1/2026 i received this response : ''Hello,

Don't trust
Don't trust! I thought i was buying into CHATGBT which this is not, but that is my own mistake, so no hate to chatbot in this case. BUT they are scamming their customer - i bought monthly subcription package, and after a couple of weeks, i cancelled my subscription because it is just not a very good LLM, compared to CHATGBT, GEMINI etc., and i thought everything was fine. Then today, they charged me again, even though i have seen on my account, that my subscription was "cancelled" - i've told them the whole story, and they come back with something like: "Because you have prompted the bot as much as you have, we need to charge you" - this is fraud! Don't trust them.
BTW. i'm a 24 year old Computer science student from Denmark, taking courses in AI, and this website is not it.

Doesn't work as advertised
In theory this app provides a front end for unlimited use of about a dozen AI platforms. In practice, most of them don't work properly through the app -- slow, or the answers are cut off, or they don't respond properly (e.g. see other complaints here about the image manipulation). I've left it at 2 stars because it does seem to be unlimited -- as many questions per day as I want, but probably it should be 1 star because the answers are often not usable. I will not be renewing and recommend that others do not bother subscribing if the product continues as it is.
