SCAM DONT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up because I thought I was becoming a customer of Claude, but this site made itself look like the official service when it clearly is not. In my experience, this was one of the worst AI products I have ever used — honestly, it felt about as bad as Siri in the early iPhone days.

What makes it worse is how misleading the whole thing feels. They say you can cancel anytime, but when you actually try, it does not work. I ended up blocking my card because I no longer trusted the service.

Even if they offered me their best version for free for the rest of my life, I would never use it again. Very disappointing experience.

Review: Misleading subscription, no support, impossible to get a refund

Review:
I want to share my experience with this service to warn other users.
Right after completing the payment, I realized that I had subscribed to a service that was not the one I originally intended to purchase. It was not clearly communicated during the sign‑up and payment process that this was a different product from what I was actually looking for. Because of that, I canceled the subscription immediately, on the same day of purchase, and decided not to use the service at all. I did not use a single prompt or any of the features during the subscription period.
On the website, they state that a refund is only possible within the first three days. In reality, this policy looks more like a trap than a protection for the customer. I contacted support right away, well within this period, and yet they simply ignored me. They never replied to any of my messages, never acknowledged my request, and never even tried to process a refund. The result is that the “3‑day refund window” exists only on paper, while in practice they delay and ignore you until this period expires, which effectively makes it impossible to get your money back.
I tried multiple times to reach customer support through all official channels listed on their website. I sent emails to every support address they provided and also submitted a request via the contact form on the site. All of these attempts were completely ignored — no answer, no clarification, no confirmation that anyone even looked at my case.
For me, this combination of a misleading purchase flow, a canceled subscription that was never used, and a refund policy that is impossible to use in practice looks extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how this company treats its customers. Based on my personal experience, I consider this behavior to be fraudulent and deeply dishonest towards users.
I believe that at minimum, a company should clearly explain what exactly the customer is paying for, respond to support requests, and actually honor its own refund terms, especially when the service was canceled immediately and never used. None of that happened in my case.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being very careful before entering your payment details here and double‑checking that this is really the service you want to subscribe to. Even if their website mentions a refund period, you should be prepared that in reality it may be practically impossible to get your money back.

I tried to cancel my subscription through the account settings, but the cancel option does not work.

I have contacted support and requested cancellation, but this should be possible directly in the account as stated on the website.

This creates a lack of trust, especially when payments are involved. I expect a quick resolution.

Chatbotapp.ai is a COMPLETE SCAM

This is extremely frustrating. It took over 3 hours just to update subscription information—how is that acceptable? On top of that, there’s no clear option to cancel the subscription.

I just paid, and immediately I’m being told I’ve reached my image upload limit after uploading only one image. That doesn’t make sense.

If this service is legitimate, there should be a straightforward way to cancel. If the product is truly good, users wouldn’t feel the need to cancel in the first place.

Please cancel my subscription and clarify what’s going on.

Chatbot took an unexpected payment from…

Chatbot took an unexpected payment from my account today for $19.99. They dressed themselves up as if they were chatgpt. I asked for a refund and they refused stating that I had used them previously, which the payment was taken out today 04/08/2026, and after I found out it wasn't chatgpt, of course I wouldn't renew. They are bogus, and wrong for refusing to give me my refund. Please advise ladies and gentlemen and don't use this app. Fair is fair, and look me up, I am fair about my reviews. Chatbot is unfair and needs to be check out for not being a business of integrity, but of hiding behind money.

Scam

Scam! Do not use. Saved my payments details and ended up paying 22 more than ever agreed even though not using the site. Worried now that they have my details and might cancel my card!

When emailing the support email (chatbotapp.ai) the sender rejected my response

Also it renewed today and their own terms and conditions state "As a baseline rule, refunds are available only if you have sent less than 20 messages AND your request is made within 3 days from the date of first purchase". It renewed on 29/3/26 and when I contacted them on this day they declined my refund!

Refund denied despite zero usage on day of renewal

Auto-renewed today. Zero messages sent. Refund denied.

My annual subscription was auto-renewed today. I have not used the service at all — zero messages sent since the renewal. I immediately contacted support to request a refund.

Despite this, I was told my usage is "on the upper side of the threshold," which is factually impossible given that the billing cycle just started today.

Their own refund policy states refunds are available if fewer than 20 messages have been sent within 3 days of billing. I meet both conditions. Yet the refund was denied with a response that contradicts the actual state of my account.

I have now escalated to Paddle. If unresolved, I will file a chargeback with my credit card provider.

Update this review once resolved.
