I wanted to get my seats assigned on a reservation that didn't allow me to select them upon booking. Crystal was very helpful and was able to assigned seats. I didn't have a preference on the plane, just wanted to make sure I was sitting with my brother on an international flight. Thanks Crystal!

Elvis was extremely helpful
Elvis was extremely helpful. Dealing with problems related to airlines can be very stressful and very difficult. And usually the help is very mediocre at best. This was not the case with Elvis. He went out of his way to make sure that my experience was smooth and effective. I wish I could deal with Elvis every time I have inquiries about travel.

Chatdeal turns out to be CHEATDEAL
Purchased tickets via Kayak with Chatdeal. I was certain I am purchasing flights, including checked in luggage. I checked the airline website via booking to confirm luggage is included. It turned out it wasn't. Customer service unresponsive - first response after two nudges from Kayak customer service. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything with Chatdeal. It should be called CHEATDEAL.
