I often visit Las Vegas and always have a great time. Unfortunately, Chateau was the worst venue I’ve ever experienced within my 10 yrs of partying in Vegas. The bouncers are the most arrogant, rude, and racially selective people I’ve ever encountered. While with a party bus group, Chateau was the first stop on our club crawl list. Unfortunately, I was not let into the venue because I had on trendy and sexy, ripped jeans. While I was escorted out in my very fashionable jeans, a white male was politely ushered in with basketball shorts and black T-shirt on. In addition, there are plenty of girls with ripped jeans on in their posted Chateau photo gallery on Yelp. I guess the problem for me wasn’t my ripped jeans, but instead the melanin I wear daily. Please see Yelp photos for this venue displaying that they do indeed allow girls with ripped jeans. But if you’re black and attempt this venue, be ready for the profiling to begin!!
