Best Experience for A New Customer
My hairstylist, Erika was able to replicate exactly what I wanted and gave me advice on my hair style and how to style! I had an initial consultation to show her my ideas and I was able to be booked in the same day :)

Fabulous experience
Sophia followed my instructions (eg washing my hair after the cut instead of before and kept the original style ). She also provided suggestions when I didn’t know how much layering was appropriate for my frizzy and wavy hair.

Excellent Pixie style haircut
Amy cut my hair. She was percise and listened to what my concerns were. I came away with an excellent hair cut that's easy for me to style...because of the good cut.

Great vibe at this location
Amy was friendly and helpful, listening to my ideas and using her expertise to give me a great cut!
The staff have been really great with my daughter, they let her hold a mannequin head and Wendy has especially managed my wiggly child well. But the vibe of the staff is positive and relaxed.

Stephanie R. Gave me excellent service. And very nice and gave me fully explanation and answered them. She also tells me about my hair and dos and donts. She also cut my hair and dry it to see if I liked the length or not. She also gave me tips how to make my hair have some volume as well. She's my main hairstylist for now till she doesn't work at Chatters
