I was so impressed with Troy ...not only did he do an amazing job he is knowledgeable and showed me what I need to get the look .
Troy is absolutely an asset to this site and the lady at the front looked like she walked out of a Vogue magazine .

Troy was fantastic!
Troy was fantastic! Very talented! He is also very easy to talk to and helped to make me feel comfortable with offering ideas as to what kind of colour (and which colour) would be best for my hair AND my lifestyle. I love my haircut, too!! I have had many compliments and I am able to style my hair without difficulty. I will be returning!

I would highly recommend Troy. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and did a great job on hair. He was extremely patient and helpful when recommending products that my hair needed. Wish more people were like him as the world would be a better place to live.

I just happened to be walking through…
I just happened to be walking through Mapleview Mall one day and decided to pop into Chatters for a hair cut. I was always a bit skeptical about mall salons, but I really needed a cut and most places had to wait as it was during the Christmas holidays.
I was able to book an appointment with Isabelle, OMG, I highly recommend her.
She was personable, listened to what I wanted and made recommendations, explained what she was doing, and checked in on my during the whole process. I have long hair, so getting a hair cut has always worried me. This time though, I was so impressed, I instantly booked my next service with Isabelle, which was a Balayage. Once again, the appointment surpassed my expectations.
I love this salon and the vibe of the stylists. They work together, complement each other, engage with clients and make you feel incredibly welcome!
After my appointment, I meet up with a few friends for a birthday party, told them all about my experience with Isabelle at Chatters in Mapleview mall! I already have my next appointment booked! I’m hooked.

Everything you want in a stylist
I had a bad haircut in December from an inexperienced person at a different salon who was not provided with adequate coaching/supervision. I have fine curly hair that is a bit thin on top so proper cut is critical. I chose Troy because he was more experienced and I believed he could fix the mistakes and give me a first class cut that would make the best of what I have. I was not disappointed. He could immediately see what had gone wrong without being critical of a junior person. He was also very careful as I am in a sling for six weeks after major shoulder surgery. He also asked me to evaluate the cut several times and then made small adjustments until we got to exactly the right place. I feel like me again and will definitely go back to Troy. He optimizes everything you want in a stylist.
