I had a great experience with Chauffer VIP. I hired a car and a mini bus for my wedding day to transport me & my dad and the bridal party to the wedding venue. Booking the cars was easy, all communication was straight forward and the lady I spoke to was really nice. The drivers arrived in plenty of time (early in fact, but with absolutely no pressure for us to rush - we were actually a little late getting ready in the end!). The drivers were kind & professional and the cars were immaculate. Highly recommend using Chauffeur VIP. I wouldn’t definitely use them again if I ever needed a chauffeur service! 10/10

I have used Chauffeur twice now for airport runs and on both occasion the service has been outstanding. Perfectly on time in the place they said they would be. Neil my driver was very professional.

It would be a struggle to find a better company. Chris was a complete gentleman, arrived on time and was nothing was too much trouble for him. The car was beautiful and immaculate. Reclining seats, pillows and blankets were on hand and made our 5 1/2 hour journey at 4am completely relaxing and stress free. The perfect way to start our holiday. Thank you Chris, Paul and Julia. Everything was great

Very comfortable car and drive, drivers were on time, courteous and ensured we were happy with all aspects, which we were. Highly recommend this service and well worth the slightly extra cost compared to the typical normal minibus/taxi service.

Prompt, polite & reliable we had two pick ups for a round trip To Wembley - 6 people in total. Took all the stress out of getting there and back, impressed with the communication. The only thing I’d say is the 6 seater we had has seats that face each other so for long journeys is not massively comfortable especially late at night when you want to have a sleep

As a family of 7 we booked this fantastic service for a special overseas family holiday, leaving from Lincolnshire to Gatwick Airport on 11 August and returning on 19 August. We had Lance on the outward journey and Chris on the return journey.
Both drivers were highly professional, on time and competent throughout the journey. This made our special holiday a very relaxing way to start and finish our first chauffeur VIP booking. You certainly get the full treatment and one we would all certainly love to book again, if funds allowed. 5* all the way including the office staff who were so helpful when we had to cancel and rearrange, due to Covid in April.

Absolutely a superb service, on time for collection and a smooth comfortable drive from Lincolnshire o Gatwick Airoort. Highly recommend this service. Nick our chauffeur was wonderful.

Car booked for a family celebration at a restaurant 20 miles or so from home. Two pick up points , drop off then return journey.

Comfortable vehicle, immaculate presentation.

Very smooth drive. Left items in the vehicle whilst we dined. Picked up at time requested, safely delivered home. Babysitter dropped off too.

Booked for Silverstone fairly last minute due to being let down elsewhere. From organising the booking, getting the vehicle I asked for and the whole process was fantastic.

The driver was a fantastic guy, friendly, polite and a great driver. He picked us both up and separate addresses and dropped back and did so in good time and a very professional manner.
