Recently used Chauffeur VIP for the first time and was very impressed - from the moment of my first enquiry to being transported to our event by Chris - the whole experience was superb and I thoroughly recommend this very professional, caring and considerate company. This is the first time that I have used Chauffeur VIP and they provide an excellent and responsive service with very capable drivers and up to date vehicles. I had to ask the driver to wait 50 mins and nothing was too much trouble. Julia made everything work for us. Each pick up was punctual and we felt very comfortable and safe at all times.

A first class experience. Always smart, organised and punctual. The vehicles are spacious, clean and in great condition. You might a pay a bit more but it is so worthwhile and the chauffeurs are properly nice people too.

I commissioned VIP to transport a party of 3 plus luggage to Heathrow airport and return a week later. The whole experience from the initial booking through subsequent changes due to airline schedules and the quality of the vehicle was excellent. The service we received at every stage was friendly and very efficient. I will definitely use VIP’s services again.

Excellent, professional service.

My daughter didnt want a flashy rollys royce and we found a lovely classic cream/white daimler on this companies website. The organisation was excellent, we got the check up calls both in the days leading upto the wedding and from the driver on the morning of the day saying he was about to leave what colour ribbons would we like. So we were reassured that all was happening according to plan. The car arrived half hour before our planned departure (just in case) and was just what was required. The driver was a lovely friendly chap who couldnt do enough to assist and after the service he waited patiently outside whilst the service was underway. About an hour later the bride and groom went out with the photographer and the driver kindly positioned the car in a professional way in front of the venue with the married couple , which has provided them with some wonderful photos that they will cherish forever.

We found Chauffeur VIP on the internet, we looked through a list of cars, chose our preferred one (a very nice Bentley!) and with a quick phone call we were all ready. This was all on relatively short notice for our wedding – getting us between home, church and the venue.

On the day our driver Dean was lovely – he was nice, helpful and the car was just there when we needed it based on the instructions we gave and he did the job perfectly – making us feel at ease as well which was appreciated! The car was smooth and luxurious which was what we wanted.

I arranged two cars for a 50th birthday celebration. From initial contact through to exacting arrangements, everything was handled perfectly. The drivers were professional, courteous and punctual. I would have absolutely no hesitation in both using them again and recommending them!
