Absolutely beautiful . The best made boots i have ever had and in their own cotton shoe bags too!

Delivery was within 36 hours of ordering. Correct item supplied. Delivery was by DPD so delivery slot was accurate and more importantly notified reasonably far in advance unlike Evri who tell you the parcel is arriving a few minutes after the start of the delivery window. Slightly disappointing that they now charge you for delivery unless you spend over £300.

Once you have a last that fits from Cheaney’s great range there is no need for bespoke shoes. The quality of shoes from loafers, Chelsea/chukka boots and deck shoes, is unsurpassed.

When it comes to Oxfords, Brogues and Derby’s the range is sufficient for every occasion and you will never regret buying these shoes as they will last superbly well and in the event that you need to have them refurbished for a fraction of the cost of a new pair the factory will take them in and send your shoes back as good as New.

Derbys ordered from Cheaney look good and are very comfortable.

Disappointed. Chelsea boots less than 2 years old, both soles now with serious holes and the upper coming away from the sole. Irreparable according to assistant in the Jermyn Street store. I have Ferragamos that are 8 years old and still going strong. At this price point Cheaneys haven't been good enough.

Want to give a huge shout out to John Pugh for assisting me with purchasing a fantastic pair of boots that had recently been discontinued. John was quick to respond to my queries and provided me a great discount on the boots, which I've barely taken off in the last month. I've purchased from some of the other UK Heritage brands before and these are definitely a cut above, even if they were not, the fantastic service has earned a returning customer.

If I could give 6 stars I would.

My latest purchase was from the Cambridge store and was with you for repairs. I have just received the pair back and I am so happy with the work. I had also sent in a request to have it resolved with Dainite and you have done so.

I am pleased every time with the level of work you carry out and of course when I buy new shoes. It is a testament to your work that I have kept 3 of my 4 shoe purchases and the accessories as well. I might be a Cheaney lifer without knowing it.
