Great service cheap reliable and does the job for keeping connected whilst locked up, dont be fooled by other services offering the same as your limited to minutes and can only use so many where this is unlimited.
Great customer service and always there to help and resolve any issues that you encounter this is a 10/10 service which i highly recommend

So I had a question about my account with phone savvy and within 10 mins of me sending my message Alexander called me. Well he had the most upbeat chirpiest personality I have heard over a phone in years. What an absolute diamond. CHEAP CALLS AND 5* CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 5*****

This is an excellent service and helped me so much. It allowed me to talk to my partner everyday at a reasonable price each month. Other services were completely eating at my credit and I found it was having to be topped up. So a standard price each month was the best way for me. I would rate them the best to keep in touch with loved ones.

My partner is in jail nd I've just not long been out ,this is our life line to say in contact nd we speak for 5 hours a day ,just had a lovely call off the company nd has made my day better ,he has helped me When I needed that kindness thankyou 😊

Firstly I want to say THANK YOU! straight forward Iv used a lot of these services different ones for different reasons but this one is by far the best one iv ever used , within minutes of me applying I received a call just to clarify that all my information was correct and I entered a wrong number so it's a good job phone savvy call you then straight away o received my landline number , I then also needed to change the number the calls divert to when I say with in minutes I had a reply I mean 2 minutes after I emailed I had reply from Jake who I must say is absolutely professional friendly straight forward and so helpful who helped me straight away , no buts no extra fees no catches just straight forward not even just business who provide this service Iv ever emailed a company and got a reply within minutes and that's no exaggeration I emailed about going aboard 2 minutes later I had a reply these guys are on hand to help whenever you need them , I'm hoping I don't need this service for long 🙄😆 but for as long as I do I will use phone savvy I physically can not moan or pick a fault with them at all all round stress free so thank you guys I can not recommend you enough fantastic , cheap and reliable professional and fast response

Alexander and his colleagues have been amazing. The last 2 years have been tough, these guys have made it that bit more manageable; not only by providing this service, but by being so friendly and understanding too, during the hard times. Genuinely lovely people.

Brilliant customer service when I first joined the Prison were funny about the number I was really distressed and upset. I phoned them and they assured me everything was going to be OK. Gave me a different number and everything worked. They understood how important it was for me to keep in contact with my partner. Always there at the end of the phone can’t recommend them enough really friendly team. Opening hours of brilliant as well after work because they shut at 8 PM. I’ve only ever had good conversations with them and recommend them to anyone that’s wanting to get landline numbers to their mobile.

Had a really pleasant phone call with Jake this morning who was very eager to support me. After the initial phone call, Jake proceeded to tell me a wee bit about their company. Absolutely over the moon the fact their customer relations is amazing and personal as well. I absolutely love CP calls both my partner and I are able to stay connected for longer. I have had some hard situations but phone savvy has always been able to help me when I missed a payment the staff at phone savvy rang me and talked me through some options which helped me alot the staff are really nice polite kind and always willing to help no matter what your going through I recommend phone savvy to anybody who needs help with cheap phone calls from ur loved one in prison
