This is hour second time with cheap taxis.com Excellent very polite on time and very good drivers keep to speed limit and in no rush not like other taxis keep up the fantastic work and thank you. Definitely recommend see you again.

This is my second year using Cheap Taxis and both encounters have been nothing short of amazing! Reliable, polite and timely drivers with comfortable vehicles. Travelling with children, always asked what type of child seat or booster seat needed! Easy to find upon arrival and clear departure instructions and communications. But, most importantly Paul has gone out of his way on both occasions to help me with additional requests. Cannot recommend enough and will continue to use for your future trips! Thanks Paul and team!

Initially cheap taxi were ok. Picked up on time and car was large BMW. UNTIL WE GOT PULLED UP IN A POLICE ROAD BLOCK OUTSIDE BENIDORM. We were left in the back of the car by police whilst they spoke to the driver for an hour. He kept saying we were his friends which was unusual as we had never met him before he picked us up. It turned out he was unlicensed and so was the car. We were left on the side of the road whilst they impounded the car and took the driver away. Great start to the holiday. We got a taxi the rest of the way. We contacted cheap-taxis, with no response. The day we were suppose to be picked up, which we declined, they text me to say 'was everything ok with the drop off'?????? We have had no response from them since even after we let them know what had happened.
I'm not sure how they are getting 5 star reviews, must be doing it themselves. KEEP WELL CLEAR. NO TAXI LICENCE, MEANS NO PROPER CAR INSURANCE WHICH MEANS NO HOLIDAY INSURANCE IN CASE OF AN INCIDENT. KEEP WELL CLEAR

Great communication throughout. Quick replies to messages. Flight arrived early and driver was there to collect. Arranged 8am pick up on departure day and driver arrived on time. Highly recommended

We are new to this company and although the deposit 10 Euro is low we had to pay the driver the full amount (IE for return journey ) when we were dropped off at our destination.
We were delighted with everything throughout and the driver on the return journey "Noel" was superb, Very friendly and such a good driver felt very comfortable in the car to the airport.
In short I would highly recommend this company they are easy to deal with reliable, we will definitely use them again .

Booked this company on 8th March from tenerife South Airport to Los cristianos and return from hotel on 15th March excellent service on time and very courteous drivers would definitely recommend and will book again next TIme I'm on holiday

First time using this company and I was sceptical as their price was good compared to other transfers available (Geneva to a ski resort) but everything was great, on time and a lovely driver. 10/10

The whole process was excellent.
When we arrived at the airport our driver was there holding up a card and the transfer was good.

The transfer back was also good. Reconfirming with you was straightforward. The driver was there at the agreed time and drove us back to the airport with no problems.

What also gave me confidence was that, while booking, had managed to autofill my home address into the destination box! I was anticipating a nightmare, but when I emailed you Paul got back to me within a couple of hours and it was all sorted out for me.

We booked transfer through Cheap Taxis this time last year from Fuerteventura airport to El Cotillo and again this time around for our February break.
The service is excellent; reassuring & clear communication before travel and both drivers were extremely pleasant and on the journeys to & from the airport. Highly recommended once again.

We hired Taxis for the transfer to and from Fuerteventura airport to Correlejo. Our driver met us with a clear sign and the ride was clean quick and courteous. On the way back, the driver was there bang on time and got us to the airport with lots of time for our flight. Communication from the company was also clear and prompt. Definitely recommend.

Cheapest quote I could find. I was a bit concerned that it would all be OK because I had to pay the transfer man cash on the day. I was worried that maybe nobody would show up. However he texted me on the day, showed up on time and was very helpful. He drove courteously and it was perfect. I will use this company again!

Excellent communications: emails confirm all details clearly and direct text from driver the day before give name & direct mobile. Drivers: safe, punctual and obliging. By far the best transfer company I have travelled with over 30 ski trips.

Great communication form office and drivers to keep us informed at all times. Drivers were early on both outbound and return journeys. Also very friendly and chatty. Helped load all cases. We had 2x 8 seater minibuses both very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
