telling me that the rates will stay the…

telling me that the rates will stay the same for 12 months when asked if the prices will change at the end of june . when the prices won't change at that time but can change any time the whole sale prices changes so WILL CHANGE but by that stage Im already locked in and we had been changed acrossed on the 30th of march even though we signed up on the 1st of april ( where is the 10 day cooling of period there) and can now only change back to the previous supplier which is more expensive . i realise that the power read was on the 30th of march which has lead to most of this problem but that doesnt change the fact that i was told when i asked the question that my price would not change for 12 months

Because I was hounded and made to think…

Because I was hounded and made to think that I was getting a better deal with my electricity, even tho I never requested to anyone that I wanted to change companies, then when I finally in frustration said yes, I find out that the company I was with was much cheaper. I was promised cheaper bills, but it wasn't true. I am back with my original provider. If I want to change power companies, I will ring and find them myself.

My experience was very good with the services I have selected, although I have called twice in relation to reviewing my health fund and both times I have been redirected only to have the call drop off after 3-4 minutes and no call back.
