I was sceptical in terms of whether l…

I was sceptical in terms of whether l could get a bigger deal for my electricity, however as a result of Cheap bills l received 15% reduction from my bills. The very helpful Cheapbills consultant did everything to ensure l received the best deal. A happy outcome.

I can’t understand why I had to speak…

Talking to 3 different people in the same call is ridiculous to get my electricity changed over. The first 2 were extremely pushy, rude and would not listen. The last person Josh was great to talk to he was extremely helpful.

Trust was built up over several cycles…

Trust was built up over several cycles (years) of review - I received concise up to date information in more detail than I could have found on my own, and could make an unfiltered, informed assessment of value leading to action (or inaction) in a comparatively short time, confident that I had full control. This I value in the crowded market of retail energy provision

Always wonderful initial contact with someone I feel knows me now and my financial situation.

First contact is a lovely young man I’ve dealt with twice in the past who checks in from time to time to keep me up to date with great deals.
I decided in a particular company and was called very soon after my initial comparison and set up with a new account saving me money.
The people I’ve dealt with are friendly and professional and I’d recommend them highly.

Consultants were great

Consultants were great . Very polite and helpful. Only downside was the amount of time I spent on the phone . But thank you for keeping us updated with the cheapest prices.
