Very poor service, we kept getting overweight charges so we weighed our own bin and it was under the agreed weight and we were still charged!! We then tried to cancel 1 month before end of contract, to be told they need 3 months notice prior to contract ending. Then we receive a "One off charge for Extraordinary Costs" without notice or explanation!! The company seemed to work in the dark arts of selling services cheap and then trying to bully customers to pay. Stay well away, cheaper alternatives who actually provide the service not as an interim!!

Probably one of the worst service companies I have ever used. Regularly miss collections, unexplained overcharges, charged excess weight with no proof of any excess weight, charge landfill levys which are questionable and more recently one-off out of the blue exorbitant charge.

Be very aware of a contract the auto-signs you into a new 2 year contract and makes it dififcult for you to leave without paying another exorbitant financial penalty.

Recently changed their business name to Waste Managed, but same directors on Companies House and contract is the same.

My advice is steer clear of this company

Absolute scammers and even when you abide by their pitiful terms to leave and pay all their made up charges you’ll never be rid of them, send you a court letter every 6 months, never reply, just try to wear you down. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking company, avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE this company. Absolute scammers!! They never fulfilled their contract, missed collections, charged excess weight but with no proof of this, charge landfill levys which are very questionable and make it very difficult to leave. We cancelled on the basis they were in breach of contract and tried to resolve with them direct but had no response. We are now receiving emails threatening court action for a termination fee they feel they have the right to charge even though they breached their contract. Please research this company before you use them, there are so many negative reviews about them out there. Now changed their name to Waste Managed, same directors. Please also look for a FB group called ‘Cheaperwaste unhappy customers’, so many unhappy customers!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS....nothing more than a corrupt, criminal organization!

Scam!!! I have been paying fro over 6months and haven't had a single collection of waste. Impossible to speak to someone and emails are ignored. I keep being promised then nothing happens. I have cancelled direct debit and now they are trying to send me bills for arrears. Please don't pay these people.

Go straight with PHS they are reliable. I will be taking this company to small claims court.

I would give this company -5 stars if I could. We had ZERO collections carried out, in fact there were 5 missed collections and each time, a promise that it would be rectified, but never was. Had to go to another provider as our rubbish was piled high. Cancelled contract due to breach of contract, now chasing through courts for terminations fees for services that were never provided.

I would never advise anyone to take this service. The bin collection has been missed for last three weeks and never got the actual reason until now (after 3rd) even I phoned every week to ask. Now they told me they can’t pickup the bin until next week and I have to keep all the rubbish with me until next week. They will pick up all the rubbish next week and change me for all these weeks. They don’t even want to compensate. First they were not even accepting their mistake but after asking few questions they accepted the mistake and apologised. Still unwilling to pay me the money. If you would like to pay the money on weekly bases and want to get the rubbish picked up every month, this is for you.

One of the worst companies we've had to deal with. Over a six month period we reckon only two collections happened as scheduled! We have terminated our contract and they are trying to insist that we pay their early termination fee. We will not be paying and will counter sue for damages if they take us to court for it as we had no alternative but find another provider.

Without a doubt the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. The only way that i could get them to respond was to cancel my direct debit.
They miss collections, over charge for waste (apparently, 3 black sacks is over the limit for a 10 sack bin!), have tried to increase my contracted charges, even though we have it in writing that it will not be increased, and have tried to transfer me to the "new" company, waste managed, which is owned by the same people!
Seriously, check out the directors of cheaper waste and waste managed, exactly the same!!
I have not agreed to the transfer, or to the increase in prices, and have warned them that to transfer our details to a 3rd party without my consent is a clear breach of GDPR, and they have been reported for it.
If you really want to have hassle in your life, get married and have kids, at least there will be an upside! (only joking about the kids and wife, love them really)

Terrible customer service. I have tried to contact them by phone many times and have never successfully got through to anyone. Eventually I had to resort to their online chat, which timed out because the advisor took so long to look into my issue… meaning I had to start the whole procedure again. PLEASE BEWARE OF THEIR AUTO RENEW CONTRACT. I found this company to be very expensive compared to similar companies, with extortionate ‘duty of care’ and ‘landfill levy’ charges which are not clearly explained before signing up. Neither was the fact that the contract auto renews for a year if not cancelled within a very specific window.

terrible company, they are a broker that uses other companies, charge for this that and the other, all fake, charge for missed collections and breach of contract by themselves, still trying to chase me for a debt from years ago that was agreed on the phone muliple times i would not pay as service was not recieved. One of the wrose companes i have ever dealt with, avoid, pretty bad if 32% of thier customers think they are 1 star
