Scam company, wish I’d looked here before ordering but the website looks very legitimate and professional. I have placed an order and never received it, told I could have a refund but that’s also never materialised. Don’t order here!!

Sent a further email (15/12/24) notifying them that their company was a disgrace and could should be known as a scam company.
Today I was given a refund.

Paid for 1 pack of Pyrogiochi ice fountain candles on October 4th. They were to top my grandson’s birthday cake on October 21st. On October 24th they arrived at my local Royal Mail sorting office (so already too late) I was charged £1.50 as the sender had not paid the full postage. I had already been charged £3.95 for postage…..though it was actually sent as a 2nd class large letter.
Don’t buy from this company. Unreliable.
*After contacting the company a refund of £8.95 (not covering the extra £1.50 paid) was made. Wouldn’t buy from them again.
DON'T WAVE these Outdoor Sparklers! Bought these to celebrate my birthday. Lovely to look at, but as we began to wave the sparklers about - as you do - large burnt bits dropped off, burning the wooden table - & luckily not our clothes - in a number of places!
