he did basically nothing
he moved one part of the resume up deleted one section and removed three lines of description that were unnecessary did nothing to correct any of the poor phrasing left nonsense phrasing in some sections and clearly didn't look at anything my personal favorite is this line here

you can say that my resume has a lot of industry specific terms but tell me in what world that is ok to have on a resume i came to have my resume looked over and improved clearly your just looking to make a quick buck
After reviewing your work I'm ecstatic that I didn't trust your work and just send it over. Numerous spelling and grammatical errors and less than poor phrasing. my expectation was that you would be checking this over and fixing these errors

ill give chat GBT credit though it tried its best id like a full refund it took a coworker 5 min to pick apart and correct this resume you clamed to spend an hour on it please feel free to explain what i paid for

Jim is a good guy called right on time...however, we did have a communication problem, I was speaking to softly(I'm from the state of Georgia, in the U.S. maybe that's the reason) for him to understand & he said I was coming off as vague,(which to me means I was trying to conceal answers). He also received a text from me immediately following our encounter that was meant to be sent to my boyfriend, which he thought was meant for him they were not by any means. I am sorry, for any confusion. I tried E-mailing him an apology twice to no avail. Both emails were returned as sent to spam

He wrote my first resume years ago and everything was great. This time was a very different experience. First of all, the fees for the resume on his website were much lower than the fee link I was sent. I was told I had to leave a 5 star review in order to get the resume I paid for (several times). He was rude over the phone. He doesn't know enough about Medical Coding to write a resume for a CPC. I don't recommend Jim!

I decided to go here with basic kit, paid $25 and my resume isn't accepted at those places I applied yet :(
I have no questions to cover letter, to that interesting call with a specialist, but the quality of these resumes they make leave a lot to be desired, because there's still no result whatsoever! I would say... I should've considered a better plan and pay more money, but I trusted them and this trust wasn't justified yet.
I see what will happen in future, maybe things will go way better...
