everything is a scam. First they tell you to pay a £50 deposit any time you want. After almost completing the entire payment, they tell you that the price has gone up by £200 per person. Abseloutaley terrible customer service. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY DO NOT DO IT. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY STAFF.

I booked my tickets with this company to Harare. I put the deposit of £50 for holding the seat. When I finish my balance after a month they charged me £15 more but I received my tickets straight away. After that I confirmed with the Airline about E-Tickets and the tickets was fine.

I booked my flights with cheap flight solutions, and the price they gave me for flight from UK to Kathmandu was £460 and I was told to pay £50 deposit ( although I did not have problem paying full amount) which I paid via bank transfer because my card could not go through to secure the flights. And I spoke to Luke and was informed that I could pay the full amount in few days and when I did after 3 days, I received a call saying that the price has gone up extra to £135 if I want to book and secure the flights otherwise I would lose the flights. After much arguments, Allen who says he is the manager who also is the managing director of the company would not budge and was very unhelpful and eventually after arguing so much, he came down with £70 for me to pay instead of £135 and I reluctantly paid. Again my card could not go through so I had to pay them via bank transfer.
After all this I was waiting for a full e-ticket, which comprises of itinerary and the breakdown of all the amount with taxes etc that I have paid the ticket for but I received an email with my itinerary only. I have emailed them so many times asking them to send me the full ticket, which I should have received in the first place. And then I received an invoice after an email I sent saying that I will have to take this matter further and get legal advice. Its still an on going process.
WARNING TO ALL - PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS WITH THIS COMPANY (CHEAPFLIGHTSSOLUTIONS), INITIALLY THEY GIVE YOU A LOW PRICE AND ASK FOR ONLY £50 DEPOSIT AND REASSURE THAT YOU CAN BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS WITH THE SAME PRICE BUT AFTER PAYING ALL OF A SUDDEN THE PRICES GO UP AND YOU ARE PRESSURED TO PAY EXTRA BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO CHOICE TO GET FULL REFUND BACK OTHERWISE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY.

I tried to purchase a flight tickets to Nigeria from this company but they will not give me their address or where they are located, yet they collected all my details with a £100 deposit to help search for better flights-CT#03050. After a day, I was told the deal has gone and the price has increased. This company has now refunded my deposit and I have added another tick to their review. They should be on average in the flight searching section. Thank you!

TOTALLY SCAM, FRAUD, LIE!
Should have an option to choose NEGATIVE! Phone them to quote me price for the flights I want ans ask them to email the flights to me. Indian sounds like guy called himself Jeff asked me for all the passengers' name and after I gave him the names, he ask me to pay £50 deposit to secure the fares, which I specifically ask him will I get this £50 deposit back if I don't want to go ahead to book this flight after I receive the email with flights details, and he assure me yes. He even told me that I can change date, change time, everything is refundable. But when the email came, it said flights booked, status confirm, everything is non-changeable, non refundable(including deposit), a booking refererence was given which I can't find that booking made without my authorisation on the airline website. Phone them up, would not give me my deposit back, ask me why I'm not satisfy about the booking??? It wasn't suppose to be a booking! That's why! I've been in touch with consumers right advice and will certainly take this further!

The positive reviews on here are so clearly written by company staff. They took payment from me over the phone, leading me at the time to believe I was paying for my plane ticket. Later on I found out that they had not taken the sum of the ticket, but a £50 non-refundable deposit and that the ticket's full price was still subject to change. They wanted the remaining sum for this ticket (which had increased) plus a previously unmentioned admin fee to be paid via bank transfer before they would send me the ticket. They claim to be ATOL protected, but would not quote me an ATOL certificate number until I had sent the money. This method of paying, in case you aren't already aware, would leave me with pretty much no way of reclaiming the money if they messed me about once the money was transferred, so after some back and forth trying (unsuccessfully) to reclaim the deposit I didn't know I was paying, I shopped elsewhere. The price they offered for the ticket was no better than buying direct from the airline anyway.

Do not use this company they are a fraud.
