I have already left a review couple days ago.and still waiting for cheapoair to get back to me after 9 days. No response,no refund however it’s their fault to cancel our first leg of connection flight.send them email,called them couple of times and the only time they answered was the first time.
I will never ever buy from them even if they offer the cheapest flights.

Thank you for your feedback. Once the booking is confirmed and submitted the website does not change any information. The customer booked an "alternate date" option that was offered because it was cheaper, by a day or two from what he originally searched for. It appears it was over looked. If you would like further assistance, please contact the customer support office
The amount on the website is not what you get when you call in to get a better price for a senior
The amount caught it on the website. It’s not what you get when you call in. You’re supposed to be able to call in and get a discount is what it says on the website but no, that’s not what I got. I’m also a senior I was not treated well I got hung up on. I’ve always used cheaper in the past always using Air Canada and today was disrespectful. I’m appalled.
