This site is terrible
This site is terrible. You can't have seat selection. You can't have luggage selection. All they want you to do is rent cars and hotels which I don't need.

They are scammers
They are scammers. I booked ticket, then realized name missing 3 letters, i called them 2 mins later and they refused to help or fix. They wanted me to pay them $500 to add 3 letters. Its insane, i never saw that before... THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

Thank you for your feedback. The airlines determine the rules of the ticket and if they allow name corrections or not. Unfortunately for many years airlines no longer allow changes to the names even a correction. As a travel agency we are mandated by the airline fare rules. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.
