Unprofessional service
The tickets were slightly cheaper.But the service is pathetic. The contact details were provided by them to the airline are some random email and contact numbers. And not the one entered while booking the tickets. It cannot be updated even if tried on the actual airline website.

When I booked my flight, I accidentally entered the wrong email address and didn’t receive my flight ticket. I contacted the customer service hotline, and they helped me change it back very smoothly. I’m truly grateful for their help and excellent service.
