Saudia changed my schedule
Saudia changed my schedule and asked me to contact cheaptickets, where I bought my tickets. Your agents told me that my ticket was not eligible for refund, no alternative is available. Basically nothing to do.
Never again. It is scam

Cheaptickets informed me by email that they had submitted another refund request to Saudi Airlines. A few days later, they confirmed that the refund request had been successfully processed, and I subsequently received the refund.
