Excellent service by Nipho who helped us navigate a few minor issues getting our information loaded up. They were very helpful and efficient in our interactions and I would recommend their services.

Completing the AML report with checkboard was a challenging experience. However, the help provided through their chat and email was excellent and lead us through some difficult sections. A special thanks goes out to Nipho whose assistance was invaluable.

I had trouble with the Checkboard app but Nipho was extremely helpful and calm and talked me through it all and I am so grateful for all his help.

This is an appalling service to identify yourself asking to link bank accounts when you don't want to then you can't move forward. You can't speak on the phone with anybody a total waste of time.

Had issues with a request we thought completed back in November 2023 but couldn't get access to. Wandile was a great help this morning, being able to sort out checkboards AML issue we had. It's not easy when your old and not tech savvy, so to have someone to call and understand the problem and rectify it was a real help

I’ve just spent two hours trying to authenticate my identity for my solicitors. There were continual problems With the system, not accepting photographs suggesting my Internet connection wasn’t working et cetera et cetera. I spent a very unproductive amount of time contacting a chat room. Finally, I received help from an assistant directly who offered to send the details to my solicitor manually. There is a problem of communication between the solicitors and checkboard. I much prefer the system of taking your documents to the solicitors office and having them validated manually. If I had caught the bus into town and back I might have been quicker.

The app itself is quite temperamental and they lack certain details like file size maximums etc for uploading.

The gentleman who assisted me, Wandile was super helpful, no fuss just got it done. So the app not so great, the help top notch.
