Difficult site to navigate and ends up freezing. Too difficult and time consuming to use
Go ahead and delete my review if you want. I will reach out to person who asked me to submit a reference how difficult it is to work with you. I received you email asking for a reference,
I went through step one, had a great reference prepared for step two, but it wanted me to skip to step three and charge me. I also did not like using the QR code and sending you a picture of my DL, which I did because it was important to me to give her a reference. But then it wanted the back side of my ID and when I tried your system froze up. I have given many references using various portals with success. But yours is a mess and invasive.

Support just ended the conversation when asked for a supervisor
Report took 5 weeks and is still pending without any actions, when asked to talk to support they do not offer live support for “international” reports (im in Canada), when i asked to talk to a supervisor the support person just ended the conversation. If you cannot provide proper support for a country then you should not offer your services there
Worst service/company i’ve ever had to deal with.

Checkr is a joke. One check takes a literal day and another I’m looking at three weeks. Ones Uber ones DD…
Why the discrepancy? The DD was supposed to be done within 3 days and now it’s turned into 3 weeks.
It’s the same info.
Fix your garbage process that everyone hates Checkr.

There'd be no star if that was allowed
There'd be no star if that was allowed. I was verified a legit person on May 12, 2026. But asked to go through this check again. Ridiculous, I'm licensed to carry in my state w/o back to back background checks. 2nd degree on nonsense! 1st degree of nonsense after having just completed 19 days earlier, saving the info to [my] profile, I receive an "red bannered" error message stating candidate SSN is already in use. Really?! It's clearly my SSN and is in plain view. 3rd degree of nonsense is support is only via Artificial Ignorance (AI). End result is this candidate is done!

Checkr is the worst company ever!
Checkr is the worst company to ever hire for background checks. There wrong half the time. They include things they shouldn't like cases thrown out. They will ruin your reputation by using the wrong persons background. Some last name's dont match. It is absolutely ridiculous how long they take to not even look over the information.
