Bought MSpa Oslo
Bought MSpa Oslo. Faulty from day one and mis sold (it stops after 20 minutes and won't restart for another 10). Immediately requested refund, not fit for purpose and faulty. This was over a month ago. Chelsea Homes blaming MSpa maternity leave as causing delays. Trying to get me to send back to another company saying they will refund, but other company is saying they only repair. About to take legal action. Hot tub has been awaiting collection for a month. Chelsea Homes not answering phone, online chat constantly saying they will sort.

Poor Service
Poor service. I was told if I ordered today I would receive my hot tub the following week.
That wasn’t the case…two weeks delivery after chasing up the manufacturer myself.

Hello, apologise for this experience, for quality assurance, Mspa Hot Tubs are delivered directly from their warehouse and in your instance, they were having delays, our products are typically shipped from our warehouse and delivered within 3-5 working days

Bought the Oslo Mspa hot tub from Chelsea Homes. Nothing wrong with the tub, I'm sure it will be fine but my issue with Chelsea Homes is that my order was late by 3 weeks which I had to chase, after waiting 3 weeks initially from paying for it on 3rd April. No communication after the initial delivery week had come and gone and when I did get a replies it was non committal. It would be better customer service for if Chelsea Homes took control over delivery dates to keep customers informed. Even when Mspa got in touch and a delivery date was arranged, it arrived a day late 😠

Good choice of luxury products.
Very helpful with each and every query I had during the purchase and delivery of my order.
Contacting manufacturer of product for answers they did not have to hand.
Dry pleased with overall experience despite few minor issues with delivery that were all dealt with speedily.

Amazing Customer Support, Fast Delivery
The support team was really helpful and accommodating with my purchase of Nordic Track Vault (which is awesome btw, levelled up my workouts). It arrived nice and quickly and is perfect for my home gym. I'll be doing our living room soon so I'll be sure to shop again!

Bought a piece of gym equipment via the Chelsea Home site. The team was a pleasure to deal with in relation to delivery as I got called away for work. Great company and would definitely buy from them again or recommend them to a friend.
