Superb customer service!
I have been wearing Chelsea Peers PJ's for years. I dare count how many pairs I have!!!
I recently made a purchase, upon delivery I discovered the parcel had been opened, the items stolen and then sellotaped back up! I contacted customer service, apologies we're made and replacements were sent out straight away. I was blown aware at this service! It was not the company's fault in anyway and I feel they shouldn't have had to fit the bill.

Wrong sizing
Ordered kids pyjamas 1 size bigger than normal. PJs arrived and they were absolutely tiny, not sure who they are made to fit but makes sense why they are in the sale now! Had the pleasure of having to pay for shipping to receive and return an item which I don’t mind doing if the item is correct and it’s just not suitable. However these pyjamas have been wrongly made and all of the reviews say the same, which unfortunately I only saw after ordering. Wouldn’t waste your time or money.

After leaving this review, the customer service team got in touch immediately and sent over new pajamas after acknowledging a delivery issue. The pjs arrived now! Thank you for your help!
Initial complaint: My pjs were due to arrive over a week ago. I bought them on Black Friday promo. They have not arrived, and I’ve reached out to the team experiencing a significant delay in getting any assistance at all. I’ve been dying to order pjs from here and now that I have I’ve been disappointed. I’ve indicated that we’re on the clock and the delivery is late and lost, Evri has delivered all other parcels, except the one from Chelsea Peers. I’d really appreciate it getting resolved quickly but it seems like there’s no reply to their help desk. 😔

I am having a terrible experience. They lost my order. Now, they won’t re send me my order to my new address. They also tried to get me to pay full price for it after I’d bought it in promotion?! Beautiful pyjamas, feel very soft & look great quality, including beautifully packaged. Haven’t worn / washed as they’re presents but I am looking forward to gifting them. Had an issue with my delivery in that Evri claimed they were delivered but they hadn’t been. Contacted customer services & Loren was extremely helpful - got a new delivery out via DPD the following day. Fantastic service.
