Leopards wearing santa hats design. Had told my husband these will be the ultimate christmas pyjamas that will reign supreme in any christmas pyjama competition he might attempt. Husband acknowledges no contest to that gauntlet. Chelsea Peers? Chelsea Peerless!

Amazing customer service
First time ordering from here and the quality is excellent! Unfortunately my dressing gown arrived with a stain, I contacted them via live chat and received and email within the hour apologising. They gave me the option of either a gift card totally the amount of the gown or a replacement dressing gown. I received the gift card an hour later, I never write trust pilot reviews but Chelsea Peers definitely deserves recognition!!

I ordered 5 pairs pj’s on Sunday and they arrived beautifully packaged on Monday!
The ones for me are a lovely fit and beautifully made. I am sure the ones I’ve bought as gifts will be well received. Bargains in sale! I have bought before and find they wash and wear really well!

Gorgeous material and great customer service.
The quality of the material they use is insanely soft. I really wish I could wear these pyjamas all day every day!
There was hitch with incorrect labelling of a pair of pyjamas, but Sophie from the customer support team responded immediately and got this sorted for me ASAP. She was kind, considerate and responsive. Everything you want from a company when something doesn't go right.
I'll be back for more pyjamas! A pair for every day maybe.

Outstanding customer service
I made my first purchase with Chelsea Peers recently. I ordered some gorgeous ladies pyjamas and a two pack of girls pyjamas. They arrived within the expected timescale and were packaged beautifully. The ladies pyjamas are nothing short of luxurious however there was a slight issue with one of the pairs of girls pyjamas. I contacted Chelsea Peers and advised them of the issue. I received almost an instant response and, within a very short space of time, the issue was resolved to a satisfactory resolution. Chelsea Peers has impeccable customer service and I will definitely be making more purchases in the future. Thank you Loren for all your help.

Amazing customer service. I placed an order for 3 pairs of pyjamas and didn’t open the box when it arrived as they are Xmas gifts. When I finally opened the box I realised 1 pair was missing. I emailed and my emails were responded to immediately and after providing photos to prove I hadn’t received an item, it was dispatched the same day. I dealt with Sophie on the customer service team and she couldn’t have been more helpful! Excellent service and I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful customer service
I ordered some Pyjamas as a gift, with next day delivery, however was let down by Evri's very poor service. On contacting Chelsea Peers my issue was immediately addressed by Loren who was very apologetic and organised refund and re-delivery with an alternative provider. The PJs arrived the very next day, beautifully packaged. Thank you, Loren. Top class customer service!

Amazing support team and high quality material
I had a small issue with my order and the support team was absolutely amazing. I received a very quick response, they were very understanding, and the refund was processed super fast. The staff is really friendly, the delivery is quick, and they offer a large selection with very high-quality fabrics. The customer service was incredibly generous. When I had a problem with my shipping due to some custom regulation in the EU, I wrote to the people of Chelsea Peers. Their answer came within minutes and they refunded the shipping costs.
