Placed order for 2 radiators received confirmation for delivery in 1 wk next day another message to say it was being delivered in 2 days arrived exactly on time driver called to let me know he was 10 mins away and the driver was helpful and put the radiators in my house

Inadequate communication and delivery
Ordered and paid for 2 vertical rads on 19/6 ,had text for delivery .5.40 pm on the 24th.no delivery arrived. Ive made three phone calls, call back promised none came .rads out of stock and im still waiting to hear about delivery.plumber booked for 26/6 was not happy
