Quick despatch, unhelpful delivery person
Quick despatch, but only one delivery person, meaning the item was too heavy to be carried downstairs where it was needed. Another radiator company, Victorian Plumbing, deliver with 2 drivers and will carry the radiator wherever needed.

Issue with radiator. No response from Chelsea Supplies
I contacted Chelsea Supplies on their website to let them know that one of the radiators they delivered was chipped so the paint has come off. I offered to send a photo as support but I never received a reply. They get one star because the radiators look well made. However, as a warning, they are a very bright cool white.

Easy to order and delivery quick. Only neg was they said they were delivering 7 am but allow an hour for traffic and as we don't live at the property we travelled to meet delivery at 7am , driver phoned after the hour was up 8 am to say he was 40 mins away.

Great company to deal with.
This is the first time we have used Chelsea Supplies. We bought 2 radiators after looking around these seemed to offer a good quality product at a reasonable price. The radiators are not fitted yot as our plumber is busy however the packaging is very good so i cannot forsee any issues. The communication and service was excellent and we will use again.
