Third time we have used Chelsea…
Third time we have used Chelsea Supplies. We like the quality and finish of the radiators. They seem to have good BTU numbers.
In our experience our orders have been processed on the next working day and delivery provided within a few days.
Will continue using them as we work our way through our renovation.

The radiator I ordered was delivered in two days. I ordered the wrong valves, which I sent back with the delivery man. I advise the company of this and requested a refund, which was issued two weeks later.

The ordering process was simple enough
The ordering process was simple enough. I was communicated with advising that the delivery would be on X day at XYZ time, with a telephone call 1hr before delivery. The day of delivery I received a phone call from the driver advising they were outside. I had left work early to be at home for the delivery, I was two train journeys away and received the phone call two stops into my first train journey home. Most inconvenient (didn't receive that 1hr phone call and they were early). However, I am and was lucky enough to have a family member who lives close enough to pop round and let the delivery driver in to deliver my purchase. According to my aunt, the driver was polite. The radiator is as described, the colour is just as I hoped, and from what I understand was easy to install (contractor did this). Due to the location and existing build I was unable to use the Pipe & Sleeve Kit purchased so will need to purchase some Anthracite Grey paint. The radiator is lovely and although I think a little big for my bathroom I am happy with my purchase. All in all, I would purchase from this shop again, I would just work from home on the day of delivery.
NB: It sounds like I am complaining that they were early and I guess I am, but only because I wasn't home and feared that I might not get my order that day as the shop is based in Bolton, I am in London. Bit of track for a redelivery.
