Always a positive experience

Have to say that my meetings with Emily periodically are great. Very supportive and encouraging when life gets on top of you and you just need to reach for that chocolate!!!!
Plenty of advice on how to increase protein and fibre in my diet. She’s helped me to a 21.5% body weight loss over the 4 months whilst maintaining the 2.5 mg dose. Only 1kg from my next target weight. Thanks Emily. 👍

These idiots really don’t know what…

These idiots really don’t know what they are doing seriously, I put up a to a 5m dose and came off , I paid the money , and what do you think these nut jobs did? They sent me out a 2.5m and say it’s my fault, you can’t trust these guys you really can’t , and on to on of this, I just tried to pause the subscription, and do you think it would let me? No it would not, please do yourselves a favour go elsewhere but not with this company , it is like taking to a brick wall , time to mo w on , oh and yes I will be talking g to my bank about getting a refund in full.

Excellent weight management partner

(Don’t publish my name) So happy to have started my Mounjaro journey with Chequp. All the information is very clear, the video that shows you how to administer the dosage, the information articles, the Weight Watchers app and the cherry on the cake the coaching sessions with tailored advice about calories and meal planning. Really excellent. I’m at the start of my journey so can’t yet talk about the results but I’m sure they will be good with all the support that Chequp offers.

I’m really impressed with my experience with CheqUp

I’m really impressed with my experience with CheqUp so far. I submitted my application for Mounjaro in the morning and it was assessed and dispatched later that day. I received some good tips reference a current medical condition I have in response to my application. My package arrived the next day even with standard shipping and was packaged really well. I haven’t used their coaches yet but I will and appreciate the free access to the WW app through their programme. I will definitely be using them again for my next dose! Sashana was who I dealt with directly, she responded to my message quickly and was very friendly.

Great customer service

Sashana was really helpful with a payment query/issue I was having. She resolved the issue quickly and processed the payment for me. Once again really good customer service from a team and Sashana individually who did exactly what I needed without any problems.
