Keeping in touch

It's good to have someone to touch base with on awwekly basis. It provides an opportinity to ask questions about the treatment and how you are feeling.
If you are having any medical questions you can then be referred to a clinician.

Great customer service

I had a small issue with an order and needed a refund and I was helped by a man called Jack who dealt with my refund promptly and swiftly he then went on to email me to keep me to to date
I am very happy with how it was dealt with

Payment is taken at the time the account is created, however to proceed with any order we are required to complete identity verification using government-issued official ID. Unfortunately, documents such as travel passes or non-government ID cannot be accepted for this process.

As you were unable to complete the required verification, we can confirm that a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

I have been using weight loss…

I have been using weight loss medication for six months. I started on the lower dose of 0.25, and it worked well at first. However, my weight eventually plateaued, and I stopped losing.

I contacted Chequp to raise my concerns. They advised me to increase my dose to 0.5 and arranged a meeting with one of their nutrition advisors.

During the session, the advisor reviewed my daily nutrition and activity levels. She explained that plateaus are normal and guided me on what to eat, what to avoid, and how to adjust my routine.

Chequp has also partnered with Weight Watchers, so I registered and began using their app alongside the medication.

With this support, I was able to start losing weight again. My advisor, Alex, was very understanding and helpful, and provided me with all the information I needed to move forward.

I’m pleased to say that I am now losing weight again slowly, but in a steady and healthy way, which is exactly what I wanted.

Price is affordable too.

Professional and supportive.

I’ve had a very positive experience with CheqUp, and a significant part of that is due to the health coaching support I’ve received from Emily. I’ve also had no issues with orders or deliveries, and the pharmacist support for medical questions has been clear and helpful.
Emily has been consistently supportive throughout my weight‑loss journey, quickly understanding the issues I’m dealing with and providing clear, expert advice that is genuinely tailored rather than generic. She is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, and having this level of support has made a real, practical difference to my progress.

Threw away my pen, by mistake, but issue swiftly resolved

Now, I was really happy with the start of my experience with Chequp, but they have exceeded my expectations. I, rather stupidly, managed to throw away my pen when cleaning out the fridge the other day, with 2 doses left.
I mailed Chequp and Zachary was more than helpful and got me a pen out in time for my next dose. I had to pay for it, of course, but I wasn’t expecting a freebie. It was entirely my fault. But thanks to Zachary for stepping up.

Chequp to the rescue

Helped tremendously getting my delivery from the post office, after a disastrous episode with the post office delivery system. chequp got results with hours, which I had been trying to achieve for days

I have reported them to the General…

I have reported them to the General pharmacy council, they have ignored my request for clinical support and despite following their website process to speak to a prescriber for clinical advice they have ignored me. When emailing customer service they never answer my query or address my request they deflect. It’s left me to wonder are there genuine prescribers on board to offer support. I do not trust them. If you have no issues perhaps they’re ok. I would not recommend them. They apologise and deflect but do not address the clinical concern.

Chequp: SUPER simple and flexible!

Zachary @ Chequp was amazing! I looking to switch provider and as such had some pretty specific questions before signing up.
