Very clean and efficient installation, with a lovely product, thank you Cherwell

Delivered when promised, great fitters who took pride in their work.

Happy with the door and the quality of the installation was excellent. But they were let down by poor communication intially. We visited the store, was dealt with very well and made a selection and paid the deposit. We were told someone would contact us about the survey within a few days.
2 weeks later, and 2 emails got no response. Called the original "technical advisor" and almost imediately got the survey booked for the following day.
Was promised the final order details would be sent before the order was placed with the manufacturer. Again, another 2 weeks of radio silence. Called into the showroom and again spoke to the "advisor", next day the document magically appeared.
No updates on delivery times despite asking, goods received by Cherwell and next installment duly paid, asked but got no response on install date. Then finally got a call giving 3 working days notice.
The actual door is great, as we expected, installation was quick, and the installers very efficient, clean tidy and helpful.
Such a shame we had to constantly chase to get the order going in the first place.

Truly professional, assisted every step of the way from the moment we were introduced to Harry and the team, to the moment the installers finished polishing the glass and cleaning up before leaving.

Contacted Cherwell windows before Christmas 2022 and spoke to a polite, and what seemed an efficient and professional who took all our details.
Having promised a speedy representative would attend to give a quotation for our windows we have heard nothing.
A quotation of £11,500 paid in 3 staged payments and installation of specialised windows has now been completed by CN Glass with superb skilled professionals.

Slight hiccup with installation, but all sorted promptly.

I had had a replacement door put in two years ago, and at the time I had a cat so asked for a cat flap to be fitted. Two years on, no cat and the cat flap was letting rain in if the rain was heavy. Cherwell ordered a replacement door panel and fitted it for me. That was not done under guarantee. I have always found the engineers and office staff helpful and can recommend them.

Unable to secure property as door lock was stuck. Spoke to a very helpful lady who arranged for someone to call within a few hours to repair. Excellent and efficient service.

Phenomenal service from Cherwell Windows. The installation team were incredible taking real care on all aspects of the install and our home while they worked. The Internorm products are going to change our lives and we can't thank Cherwell enough for being part of our renovation journey.

The time period from selection/deposit to installation was longer than I would have wished but the final result was certainly worth every minute of the wait. Our Origin 3 door Bi-Fold doors has exceeded our high expectations and has truly transformed our kitchen to another level! We are absolutely thrilled.
The installation was quite tricky involving the removal of two dwarf walls and large sections of UPVC doors/windows. (So glad we ditched all that plastic)
The team of Steve and Liam carried the work in half the time we were advised and I cannot overstate just how magnificent they both were! So very diligent, professional and courteous. Great ambassador's for Cherwell Windows. Thank you again guys!

The entire team was professional and friendly from the first survey to completion. Excellent attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. Snagging was prompt and swiftly sorted. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt reply and quote. Kept up to date with progress. Quite a long wait time from quote to installation. Minimal damage with installation, but understandably some cosmetic damage.
