Excellent product and fitters were brilliant.

Poor customer service. Vertical slider windows installed but survey measured inaccurately and left a gap at bottom which needed an additional ugly sill piece. Was told this would take 2 weeks. I didn’t hear anything after 3 weeks and had to keep chasing customer services. Was then informed the windows would need removing! Eventually returned over a month late to add the additional sill piece. Never advised if there was an error in the initial measurements.

One of the windows then had an alignment error and would not fully close. Was assessed in July- I’m still waiting for it to be corrected and it’s now September, and didn't here back for 12 months despite chasing. Eventually sent out an engineer who fixed alignment and broke the balance mechanism. Still waiting for this to be fixed. Awful service

The company was professional all the way through from the first sales call to installation. They took care to make sure the specification was correct and matched to my existing windows before I finalised the order.
The installers were polite, clean and efficient and did a fabulous job leaving the site clean and clear and well finished.

Delighted with both the excellent quality of our new conservatory and the customer service received throughout, including the expertise and high level of care and consideration shown by the team of fitters, who helped make the whole installation process go as smoothly as possible.

We are delighted with our new Internorm Windows and doors supplied by Cherwell Windows and Doors. All aspect of the installation went very well from the start to finish. We definately recommend this installer.

Clean and tidy install. Fitters demonstrated working mechanism and removed all waste materials. Would recommend.

I’m gravely disappointed. The front door was very expensive. The colour was incorrect. It is stiff (children and grandparents cannot open the lock) and the hardwood threshold has already chipped. The company have failed to respond to my emails.

We have just had a new , large , extension , and we probably haven’t been the easiest clients due to different stages of completion in the project leading to installation of windows over three different installations. However Cherwell have worked with us and we are now so happy with our finished product. Thank you all .

Quality of windows is excellent; Installation undertaken very professionally, with high quality replacement of existing windows; Ryan, Nick and the team very accommodating with tight timelines between purchase and installation.

Good product, Good people. I think providing a way of being able to visually present their product as it would appear in your home would make a huge improvement as it is not always easy to visualise more complex structures such as bays when you are looking at one dimensional drawings.
Any issues / problems were handled well along the way and communication was easy.
Remember to supply tea, biscuits & cake - it always goes down well.
