Amazing service and super prompt delivery. We could not be happier with the backgammon board.

Working with ChessGammon has been an all around wonderful experience. The price was very fair, the product itself is great, and the customer service is exceptional! I purchased a tournament sized backgammon board that could have easily cost 2x as much at other stores. I had a small problem with my purchase, but it was resolved very quickly. It was packaged well and arrived within 48 hours. I have nothing but high praise for ChessGammon!

Quality of the chess board was excellent. Customer service was excellent, although I couldn't find where to enter my discount code on-line, the problem was resolved over the phone.

The backgammon counters I ordered are disappointing. They’re cheap and plasticky. They lack the heft of my previous acetate counters and don’t make a very satisfying noise on my wooden board. I’ll have to find some that are more appropriate. A huge case of caveat emptor I’m afraid. I will have to read the details a little better when I order again. Thank you but I will have to find a better alternative elsewhere.

Helpful and efficient sales team. Originally I chose a 16" board to go with the pieces I'd ordered. They advised me (correctly) that a 20" board would be more suitable for size of the pieces I'd ordered. This required an additional payment and refund of the original board, which was handled promptly. Delivery was made within 48 hours of purchase. Good product and good service. Thanks.
