Excellent customer service
I had just missed the daily cut off time by a few minutes so I gave them a quick call and they worked really hard to get my parcel ready in time for the courier.

Thanks for the chess set. We ordered the wooden set that was magnetised too! It is so good, except that with those types of pieces, the magnets can become loose, we fixed two already but it's understandable, so I'll still give it 5 stars.

Called a few companies that still to…
Called a few companies that still to this day have never returned my calls but this fella was so polite helpful and understood my lack of knowledge about Chess but I so wanted to buy something of qualify that he will hopefully keep for ever. From the moment (the very next day) that I opened the parcel we was all taken aback by how wonderful it was and everything I was hoping for.
Please use this company they deserve our custom.
