Chessgammon are wonderful! I’ve bought from them countless times and never had any issues whatsoever, the customer service is fantastic and if there’s any issues, they are very proactive in resolving it for me!

I brought a mahogany chess set for my husband as it was his birthday and he absolutely loved it so much where he’s willing to order more in future as the quality and service we got from chessgammon was absolutely fantastic. Can’t wait to order more chess sets from here as it’s a quick next day delivery too :)

Amazing Service and Much Appreciate the help!

Ordered a set for my grandson with engraving. The engraving was not there. When asked they said the engraving is on a metal plate and sent separately!

It doesn't make any sense to me why the engraving as the word suggest should be separate from the product or not even on it. In any case they send it to the wrong address as well. Not a good experience here!

I purchased the Economy 16" board in Walnut with 3" German Staunton pieces in Sheesham. The word economy in this description is something of a misnomer as the set is anything but economy. I assume economy refers to this being the smaller 16" board, which is the perfect size for the space I have available. The Walnut is not a disappointment showing a lovely grain. The pieces and perfectly scaled to the board and weighted enough for stability but not so much as to be a chore. It is just a beautiful set. Chessgammon were great on price, quality and delivery, and clearly have a love of the game. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful playing set.

Good quality chess set. Dog chewed up one of the pieces and they sent out two replacement pieces for free, very happy with the service and will use again
